Today Friday Eid 6/6/2025 The rating for this restaurant is less than 1.. for several reasons, the rice is all yellow color too much..., as for the meat, it is frozen and tastes very bad, in addition to the excess yellow color covering the meat.. in short, this mandi is not mandi, but yellow rice with yellow meat that has no taste.. my advice the cooking method must be reconsidered and good meat must be chosen..

Tried the Lamb Mandi. The rice was good, and the lamb was super soft and tender. However, it had a strong yellow tint, maybe too much turmeric or coloring? Not sure if that’s how it’s traditionally made in Yemen.
Absolutely loved my experience at Yemen Start! The food was rich, flavorful, and truly authentic. The lamb haneeth was fall-off-the-bone tender, and the fahsa was bubbling and delicious. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere felt cozy and traditional. Will definitely be coming back!

Tried lamb mandi and adani tea, both very good. Even got some for home. The rice and sauce was a bit blend this time and had to to add jalapeño paste and salt to the sauce, but overall good.
