We were there on a Saturday evening this past week. We reserved a table and arrived at 5:45 pm. The place was very busy. We had our orders taken fairly quickly but that was the last we saw of our server. The food took over an hour to arrive. Nobody checked on us once after we got our food. My husband had a Caesar salad which was inedible because it was swimming in dressing! Service was really terrible and it was not the staff’s fault. The servers were run off their feet. Management needs to hire more staff if they want to stay in business. Especially for a Saturday night when it’s busy - don’t subject your customers to this level of poor service.

I went here for dinner with my family not too long ago, and I have to say it was a great experience made all the better by our server. His name was Max and he was dare I say the ideal server for my liking. Very nice and accommodating, he listened very well. As for the food, the food was pretty darn good.

Went to Castings pub for dinner this evening. The turkey bacon wrap was very good, the daily special pasta was mediocre and the garlic toast was more like dry bread. The two girls working were friendly but not very attentive and no sense of urgency.

We are locals and usually go once a week. The last two weeks we have noticed new faces as our servers. We waited an hour for food then the food wasn’t cooked and they didn’t bring out all of our orders. The server said they were missed. When food was returned they brought out a different burger not what was ordered and it was a half hour later. It was a good spot to go for years but if I am going to spend 2-300 dollars for a group of us to go it better be good. Anyway I would rather drive an hour away then go around the corner at this point. I will not be back.

This wad the worst experience ever we waited 45 min for our drinks then they missed half our order. We were there for 2 hours they screwed our orders up. I guess they changed there staff. Never again will I eat at castings. Half the burgers were raw we had to send them back.

My husband & I stopped in on a Friday nite. Waited 10 minutes before noticed to be seated. Then we sat ordered our drinks had to ask for second drink which took 1 hr that's not all waited 2 hrs to place order. Why because they forgot about us. I'll never return
Tried this spot a few nights ago with my husband and brother in law. Upon arrival, the hostess was very friendly and sat us quickly. Our server however, was less than pleasant. I’m assuming she was new but she came up to the table, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t smile, was not inviting and basically just stood there with a blank stare asking for our order. She didn’t clear plates when they were finished, the hostess did. She took a while delivering the bill so I sat at the edge of the table and watched another waitress point to our table and whisper to her as if to say we were looking for something and then she came over with the bill.
All in all, very poor experience. The food was okay, the atmosphere was really cool. But we won’t be back.
The age old vibe that your waitress should smile and be friendly has truly died with the times. Disappointed.
