Put too much butter milk on the chicken. Wish I could be angry about it.
Sadly there was a case for getting arrested for a quesadilla but no fight. And do I plead my case to the government (very thin on sauce) or bring a baged lunch to {this very restaurant sure if i had a job it cant be funny but no this bagged lunch could be eaten here at any time}

Needs a update, the food doesn’t taste good anymore. Too expensive. Too much salt in everything. The fountain drinks taste awful. The chicken doesn’t taste like anything. Waste of money. Dining room table is too small and old.

Could you replace the lady with the attitude behind the counter? She treats everyone like she wishes you hadn't come in.
Food is fresh and staff is welcoming. I like the vintage style, it’s hard to find a place like this nowadays.

Staff is nice. But food was not good I was sick after. Pop was warm no ice available, store was dirty and smelt awful. Grungy it needs an update asap. Also they front door was broken or damaged it wasn't good. Won't be back

Absolutely horrible service store is in disrepair. The server tried giving my food away to another customer and when I got my food my fries looked like they've been sitting in a warmer since they opened and I was missing items DON'T GO

Ok only thing good thing I can say was the staff was very polite. Head office you need to be aware. The front door has been broken for awhile and needs to be fixed . Owner of the independent store, my order was incorrect. The photo shows what I ordered. I got popcorn chicken instead the tenders, which is not a night deal, and no sides or gravy. Granted I shoulda checked the bag before I left, but this many mistakes is unacceptable as a customer. I'm from Burlington visiting a friend in Wingham, and neither one of us will order from there again. Sorry about the complaint , but you need to do better. Thanks and have a good day.

Staff were not helpful and no dipping sauces, straws or forks in our bag. When husband asked for help, she just said what and ran to the kitchen. He couldn't figure out how not to leave a tip and she didn't help him. 2 boxed dinners came to $40, that is ridiculous.Why should we tip if we are not getting any service. We have to drive there and pick up our orders that are not completed correctly, staff is of no help and they are being paid an hourly wage so why is there a tip option even on the debit machine. What are we tipping them for when they aren't even being helpful which is part of their job in CUSTOMER SERVICE!I worked in customer service for a xery long time and without customers you have no job so treat them like they are your number 1 priority, not like they are being disturbed by us coming in.Won't be returning for quite a while not happy at all.Take the tip option off the machine, they make an hourly wage and do not go over and above what they are already being paid for to earn a tip.

Ordered chicken was so dry fries were cold worth the drive to Hanover for KFC Wingham KFC not going back. Chicken was probably from day before To bad when you spend that kind of money you get garbage. Heard bad language in background. Maybe there should be management that cares

Ordered food by phone 40 minutes in advanced showed up to pick up our order and still had to wait 20 minutes. What’s the point of giving you a 40 minute advance notice . We ordered 18 pc family feast
We ordered a bucket and an additional popcorn chicken. We picked it up went home and there was no additional popcorn chicken we had to drive back into town. She said it was never ordered but we confirmed it over the phone multiple times. She said the other girl must of taken the order. She was super rude and never apologize or anything. One person was doing everything . Because someone didn't show up to work and the cook was having a meltdown in the kitchen . So she was a one woman show. And doing her best but don't gaslight your customers it was indeed ordered. And she wasn't answering the phone at all because she couldn't keep up with the in person orders. I am not without understanding of her stressful situation but it will be a cold day down below before we go here again. It's a hot mess in there.
