Everything was good, but they have no self serve ketchup. You have to ask for ketchup. Other than that, this MacDonalds was very clean. The woman with glasses was very attentive in helping us with our order when the kiosk was having a glitch. We saw her address customers without hesitation and asked if they needed anything. She would clean when it wasn’t busy. I wish I knew her name because good employees deserve more praise.

Wow.. well. We ate food. That's about the only positive to this location.
The fountain drink machines have been broken for who knows how long. They probably don't want to fix it because it's being guarded by a swarm of fruit flies. The garbages are fuller than you can shake a stick at. The food is consistently subpar but unfortunately they have a monopoly on fast food in the area. Thankfully there's a convenience store attached where we could buy clorox wipes so we could clean a table and make it fit to eat at. And the high chairs? Forget about it. That's within the confines of army of fruit flies. There's a sign on the wall that says "Help us improve!" But when we followed the steps to review through the QR code, we needed a receipt. Which we never received one because the machine was out of paper. The lingering aroma is of cigarettes and farts.

It's McDonald's. What do you expect out of McDonald's? Prices are ridiculous right now but it's still fast and tastes the same as McDonald's from 40 years ago. As far as McDonald's go, this is a pretty good one for service.

I have low expectations for McDonald's but, The service at this McDonald's is terrible. What's the point in ordering something with extra pickles and something without pickles if your going to put regular amount of pickles on everything. I've had a terrible experience with this McDonald's multiple times. I usually wouldn't care but, like really it isn't that hard to make a burger. One time I went into the restaurant with my family and there was people in the back more focused working on there sound cloud rap career it seemed than getting orders right seeing as they screwed up am order of mine YET AGAIN.

There is hair in my burger. I cant understand the people with accents. You guys should be wearing hairnets and if not that have your hair up. I constantly see females with long hair have there hair out im front of there face in a lose braid while making any food.

Ordered a burger. The woman on the drive thru speaker just kept saying “okay okay” as I tried to speak and order. Was a painful start. Could not understand that one. Anyways got my burger got home and they literally forgot bottom buns on the things😂 I’m not even mad it’s just hilarious how incapable these people working there are. Between the language barrier and being unaware of the basic construction of a burger this place is beyond sad. Definitely need to find some staff that know what kind of food they are making haha.

Your coffee is god awful just ordered a completely forgot something I had to turn around then I go to eat my food. It’s not even the right sandwich. I bought get it together the coffee every time taste like hot water and they put the most unsightly people through drive-through.
