I ordered food on the mobile app which offered a coupon. When I got to the store, my order had been cancelled for no apparent reason that they could explain to me so I told the manager that I wanted to order the same thing again and they told me that because I used a coupon and now the coupon had disappeared from my app that I would now have to pay full price for that food. Very very bad customer service so I ended up leaving without any food. I had my receipt from my online order as proof of what I paid, and they still wouldn’t honour it.

We ordered a double big mac, and was given a double quarter pounder. When I returned it, they put it back on the belt, then put it in a bag and was going to hand it out to drive through. I stopped them and told them I had touched the burger. They responded by saying it was okay, and not to worry about it, and handed it out anyway. It was at 12:25 on November 18th, if you ordered a quarter I'm deeply sorry. Absolutely disgusting.

We ordered at the kiosk, dill pickle mccrispy, 4 piece kids meal, hot chocolate and a coffee. It took over 30 MINUTES for our order. The only item that was hot was the chocolate. I returned the fries and the ones we got were also cold. The lady behind the counter was nice enough to give us two coupons for two small fries. But, I doubt we will return to this location.

The store loud, a lot of beeping. It had a distinctive smell of ketchup. The large fries was lacking, I received a medium fries amount in a large fries. The wait time was about 20-30 minutes.

Went through drive thru at 12:45pm August 29th, ordered a kid’s hamburger happy meal, they repeated back to me, i confirmed drove to the window she again confirmed my order with me. I pay, drive to the next window he say hamburger happy meal, I get 5 minutes down the road bit into the burger for it to be a CHESSEBURGER- to which I am allergic to dairy. I then had to drive back, stand in a filthy ( garbage, receipts, food, massive water spill all over the restaurant floor) for 15 MINUTES for them to correct a simple HAMBURGER mess up. Horrid service

An absolutely disgusting washroom. The owner rob and the owner of the convenience store should be ashamed. Even the toilet seat has nasty dried up brown gunk all over it. Spent 50$ and can't even go Ina. Clean bathroom.

Everything was good, but they have no self serve ketchup. You have to ask for ketchup. Other than that, this MacDonalds was very clean. The woman with glasses was very attentive in helping us with our order when the kiosk was having a glitch. We saw her address customers without hesitation and asked if they needed anything. She would clean when it wasn’t busy. I wish I knew her name because good employees deserve more praise.
