Went and got 2 subs today, got two assorted the one I asked for lettuce, cucumber mustard she thought I said mushrooms, asked for regular mustard they put honey mustard on it and I told the lady I didn’t want mushrooms and I didn’t want honey mustard so all she does is pick off the stuff that had the honey mustard and the mushrooms and all that, them just put meat on and there we go, the bread was stale lettuce was browning and the cucumber,I can honestly say I will never eat at that Mr. sub again

Wingham location NEVER has fresh bread. Had a huge pregnancy craving on my way home through Wingham...The bread actually fell apart while I was eating it and soaked up ALL of the sub sauce and Chipotle it was so dry and old...I will be going out of my way to go to the Mildmay location from now on. Do better.

Bread must have been made 3 days before, ugh.... you must bake bread daily if you want good subs. Wanted it to be "grilled" in the sandwich press like every other Mr.Sub....she said no, only thing she could do was put it in the Pizza Pizza oven... I said no..... Wish I did as i said, the bread was like eating a dry sponge.

This is the worst experience I’ve had getting fast food in a long time. We came in and ordered 2 meatless meatball subs. After some confusion, our subs were made by a woman who appeared to be new. She was helped by who I’m assuming is the owner/manager. We were never asked what size sub we wanted and they didn’t have any bread available besides one loaf. So we got one wrap and one sub. The wrap was small but the worker was trying to cram lots of meatballs into it, dropping them on the floor. The manager then told her to charge it as a large as if it was our fault that she put too many meatballs in. No offer was made to toast either sandwich and I ended up finding a huge tomato stem in my sub. The whole ordeal took 20 mins and we spent 25 dollars on subs that we didn’t like or even want in the first place. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I wasn't impressed. The girl wasn't very friendly. They had a tiny bit of lettuce left and she said that they had no more. The other girl that was standing there walked away to the back. The girl made the 2 ham subs, one with a few shreds of lettuce and the other with none. She wrapped them up, I paid and then the other girl came back with a bag of lettuce. They didn't offer to add lettuce to my subs, they just left my subs sitting there for me to take and walked away. I wasn't impressed as I drove out of my way for Mr. Sub as a treat because I don't like Subway. This Mr. Sub was disappointing, especially after driving 35 minutes there one way.
I went for a classic ham sub. I drove out of my way to go to Wingham for Mr. Sub as I'm not a fan of Subway. I ordered 2 subs. They had a tiny bit of lettuce that they put on 1 sub and said they were out. After the girl wrapped my subs and I paid, another girl came from the back with a bag of lettuce to fill up the container. The girl didn't offer to add lettuce. She just handed me my subs and walked away without saying a word. I found the subs not to be as good as other Mr. Subs and the customer service wasn't very good. I won't be returning and have told my friends and family who also prefer Mr. Sub to avoid that one.
