They are very stingy with the meat. I counted as it was being prepared and they gave me less than the standard. The presentation was well below expectations, for example the tomatoes were stacked on one half of my six inch sub. There was also quite a lot of difficulty communicating what I’d wanted in the sub and how much of the ingredient, a brief example would be that I’d asked for a lot of pepper but not a lot of salt instead I got a lot of the mixture, leaving my sub extremely salty and soggy.

The subway was absolutely slammed with orders but they still managed to deal with everyone in a timely manner. Trish and the younger gentlemen working were fast, efficient and friendly.

Lackluster subs overpriced for what they are

Sherry refused to make a mobile order until 30 minutes had passed and complained the entire time to other customers. We were told if we can sit in the restaurant to wait we should just order it in person instead of mobile. Extremely unprofessional and rude, won’t be returning.

This doesn’t deserve any stars. The service was horrible here. I love subway and the food. BUT AT THIS LOCATION I went and got completely ignored. Her name was Sherri and not only did she not greet me but she also did not serve me. She was getting ready other subs, but did not say a word. I LEFT HUNGRY! This is very unacceptable

Experienced some brutal customer service. Two sandwich artists were making half a dozen subs for a party tray. Didn’t acknowledge me or start my order until I stood there for 15 minutes even though I was the only person in the store. Halfway through making my 6inch sandwich she continued with the party tray sandwiches instead of finishing mine. What should’ve been a 5 minute stop became 20 mins and my toasted sandwich was cold.

I ordered subway today through application. It was terrible experience. The sub wasn’t grilled not even filled with sauces. Me and my friend was busy in conversation, but when we took a bite of sub we got to know that it’s not grilled so i went to the sub employee, and he just asked for my sub, grilled it and gave it back. I mean seriously, that’s how subway’s are working. Really bad experience. Food and service both were terrible.
