Dropped my wife’s large booster Juice. Called the store to see if I could get a new one made (every fast food chain does that) the person there said they would contact the owner. Called me back and said after it leave the store it’s not their problem but if I buy a $30 gift card I can get a free smoothy. So basically after spending $10 on a drink they want me to spend $30 more…. I’ll just buy a blender thanks.

Very unfortunate im a regular customer who frequently purchases smoothies. However today I paid 10 dollars for smoothies and slipped and dropped it because of my broken wrist. We called to see if we could have another one which they replied no because it wasn't their fault. How unfortunate that after bring a regular customer there for 5 years that wouldn't be willing to accommodate. I will never go to thar location again. We were also refused to speak to manager.

Decided I wanted Booster Juice as an afternoon pick me up while running errands. This store isn't even equipped to make change for a $20 bill on a $10 and change order. I will give my business to another establishment in town. It really is sad.

This evening I went to Booster Juice and my husband had to wait for the smoothies I ordered since I left to use the bathroom, and when I came out my husband only had one of the smoothies I had ordered. I waited and the people after me were getting their smoothies served to them and upon serving them the worker goes ,"did I forget something?" (very rudely to me). In shock - I said, "yes the other smoothie ______". She said to me, "I did not charge you for that", I said, "you most certainly did" (as I had a snack size in my hand and the total was $17 which is not the price of a snack size). She then proceeded to tell me she had not charged me one more time and then I started to sign in on my online banking and she started digging receipts out of the garbage to see if mine was there and she couldn't find it so she went to the register and asked me what the name on the order was in order to search and to find I did pay for it. THEN she didn't even wash her hands and proceeded to make the smoothie. The apology came across as disingenuous and the whole situation was very uncomfortable as I am a black woman and I felt she thought I was trying to lie about buying a smoothie to try and get away with stealing? It was the way she had told me I hadn't paid for the order. This has been the only bad experience I have had here but I will stick to going during the day since I know the staff.

I go into booster juice every single morning and get the same exact mangocicle comes to 9.05 It's been a couple times I've been in there in the morning, there is a younger girl that works there shorter, glasses, kinda heavy and today she tells me 10 sumthin also shes always flustered cant handle when orders come in and obviously cant calculate or run till she's probably overcharged others

Good Juice, bad service. Went in there to get 5 juices for my family and the girl at the counter denied making the juices first and started calling his senior to confirm to make the order. After she somehow made the order, she asked me to order it online for next time. Unnecessary attitude and bad service. Do not recommend.
