Very bad experience
I just took my order but Staff was on phone, having her personal talk. She was just saying wait a minute. She seems to be very rude. Not satisfied. Hire new staff.

If I could somehow give you 0 stars, I would. What an absolutely pathetic display of customer service. I placed my order in the drive through. I confirmed my order. Went to the window to pay, and confirmed my order again and paid. I came to the pickup window, and they somehow lost my order. Fine, I gave the order again. Then another person came and asked me for my order yet again. Okay, fine. Then I sat at the window for a few minutes, before being asked to Park. I waited, no one came, so I went inside. I sat around and waited 15 minutes. No one came. So I went to ask about my order, and they apparently lost it again…. I waited a total of 33 minutes to get no food. I got my money back and left.
The manager has no business managing what shoes he wears in the morning, let alone a Burger King. There were probably 20 people in line waiting for their food, and several cars in the drive through. At 4:50 PM - not even in the peak of dinner time. I don’t know what world this is acceptable in, but a couple Whoppers and some chicken nuggets shouldn’t be an earth-shatteringly difficult order to produce.
Oh, also, you routinely run out of Beef and sometimes chicken - pathetic.

Whoever runs this place needs to get their ish together. Nobody in drivethru and waited 6 minutes for my order to be taken. Then received a burger with no patty. How does this happen other than pure negligence?

They make good food and have good customer service from the employees. But I wanted to try the Krabby Patty burger, and for some reason management is serving stale hard as a hockey puck buns. Management should not be serving expired crappy ingredients... Therefore bad rating
I ordered 2 spongebob meals and there was a hair in my drink. The burgers were a sad sight to see ( made poorly) and the lady scratched her head before heading our food to use. 50$ for 3 burgers is overpriced. Never going back to this location.

RAW PORK. Mistakes happen. Undercooked meat is a big one, but it happens. I drove back across town after my wife spit out a bite of raw bacon fat. I went inside very calmly asked for a refund and a replacement burger. Unfortunately I was told they can't refund because it was a mobile order. I said I can contact the general manager later if thats easier. Manger Kamil called her boss and came back to say he would pay out of his own pocket and her til will be short now. Now I feel badly, and like the bad guy because I didn't want raw pork. Like I say, accidents happen but how this was handled was less than professional. Replacement bacon still soft and raw sadly. We won't be back, and I'll be reaching out to Burger King. Thank you.

I asked for a crispy chicken and when I eat about half of it I finally noticed they gave me a spicy chicken, it was a good thing it was weak in spice or my stomach would hate me.

arrived at 1150 she finally took my order at 1215....so many people walked out...she was helping person in drive thru and left a big line in restaurant I stood at cash register for 20 minutes waiting for her just to take my order....there was 19 people behind me in line ....she then went in to kitchen to help them cook..... when she took my order I said all kinds of people walked out its not good service here today , she said what do you want me to do its whopper Wednesday....so because its whopper Wednesday people can wait 20 minutes just to get order taken....there was no staff on was the problem and no one cared who waited in line as long as drive thru was taken care of...I will never EVER EVER go back......fo prepared for whopper Wednesday ....I've been to a lot of burger kings for whopper Wednesday and have NEVER EVER had the service I had today..........That lady I will assume is the owner didn't care people were in line waiting she seen all of us and kept going about her business as tho we didn't exist !!!!!!!!....

Had a terrible experience at the drive-thru on Monday, October 13th, at noon. I ordered Kid’s Chicken Nuggets Meal came with a Sprite and in that Sprite had a mosquito in it. To make things worse, Anju, the lady at the counter, was rude. Completely unacceptable. I won’t be returning.

Ordered a #6 road house sandwich they only put mayonnaise sauce only, no ketchup or roadhouse and the bacon was dry sauce very disappointed

The food quality was terrible, my chicken sandwich was so greasy the bun was soaked. The mozzarella sticks were hard and ice cold, onion rings were very soggy and undercooked, I will not be returning to this location.
