Burger King

We ordered sandwich with patty and bacon. Since we are in a rush and starving we didnt have a chance to check our order and hit the highway again. When I opened the box I saw a patty with cheese, mustard and bacon. Wondering what happen 🤔 to the bun. So disappointed.

Nuggets 8 ordered .I can see from outside .Guy placed 7nuggests cold n one from other side fresh one.I am asking you at 8:30 0pm on 10th October 2025.I paid for fresh meal .If you purchase same item so you eat cold and tasteless.Stop hiring such people

Ordered a burger and mozzarella sticks, but they are so understaffed and the food was so delayed that I had to leave on the bus without taking my food.

Felt extremely discriminated against as I cannot speak the language he was talking to the other customers and as well, the favouritism he was giving them and being diligent with their orders I watch them make my food and put somebody else’s order on my buns. The other gentleman came from the back throughout the food that were on the buns and then they put more meat from another order on my buns and then try to serve it to me. I’m a little confused if the meat that they originally put on was old or from someone else’s order. The cashier Krishna tried to give me some unrelated story about my order after I watched it happen with my own eyes The fact that he was dishonest about what happened and could not fully comprehend the dangers of old chicken versus freshly made chicken is quite concerning due to the fact it is a health and safety problem. Took my order and threw it in the garbage where it belonged waste of money and time horrible customer service especially the prejudice, I experienced with them, not speaking English to all customers and isolating only providing proper service to people who spoke their language, was very discriminatory and racist amongst other things

Burger King on route highway 401 eastbound . Chicken burger was really bad in taste. Food was cold and tastes like they used old oil for frying. Chicken fries were bitter in taste. Really bad.

The burger had no warmth / no heat. An extremely nasty tasting bacon king burger. The cashier was polite, attentive and got the order correct the first time👍

Burger was too salty

these people are not focusing on the quality of the food. My burger was full of oil, mayo. I ordered with lettuce and tomato, no mayo, but they made with mayo and no lettuce and tomato. when I pick up the burger, I ask her no sauce. She said no sauce. It’s my fault. I haven’t checked over there and then we left.
These people are liars too, not good for the business

No hard to find, no waiting

Hire more employees on weekends!! Waited 30mins just for the fries and a drink.

I love the BK in Hamilton.
This burger tasted odd, very different from Hamilton. Also, they put cheese on it when I didn't order it. Couldn't eat it due to it being cool and odd tasting. Do not order here.

What is going on in the kitchen here?

Worst experience ever ... I ordered one veggie burger, fries and chicken nuggets.... nothing was fresh... Fries seems like they were made around 4-5 hours ago and they also heat up the chicken nuggets...that were chewy ......

Very bad Burger. The veg patty was burnt and thin, and was not even hot. The chicken fries were not hot either and were very average.

Pretty sad. Staff here couldn't care less (see pic). Ordered double whopper with cheese +heavy pickle + off the broiler (as I always do @ Burger King). Refused off the broiler. A disgrace to the Burger King chain.
