Always a good experience ordering for Crispys! Friendly and helpful staff! I ordered pickup a while ago and was carrying an infant carseat and carrying a toddler, and the owner carried our pizza out to our car for us. The price can't be beating it really is great pizza! Especially for kids! It's not sloppy, not too much sauce like some places, and they are generous with their toppings. Much cheaper than making a home made meal!

I have been getting pizza from this place ever since they opened. The pizza is decent and the price is better than many places. The service is absolutely terrible. They are rude when I place the order on the phone but I’ve ignored it for sometime. I got to my breaking point today when I ordered pizza today and had my 15 year old daughter go inside to pay and pick up the pizza while I waited for her in the parking lot. She comes to the car upset that the girl was rude to her. This is my last time ordering pizza from this place. It’s not like the food is free. I am done tolerating this kind of rudeness and will not be getting my pizza from this place again. They’ve lost a loyal customer is poor customer service.

Ordered 2 pounds of wings, weighed them, came out to 430 grams. That’s less than a pound. I called and told them I was only given a pound of wings and the guy told me their wings lose weight when cooked. I used to be a cook, and before that I spent 4 years at a pizza and wing joint. I can assure you chicken wings don’t lose half their weight when being cooked. Guy said there’s nothing he can do about it. Their pound is 8 wings. An absolute ripoff

Excellent pizza for an excellent price. Their dough is a bit thinner and crunchier than other places. But the flavor is great. I really like their wings. They are small but well cooked, the flavor is kind of smoky, which I like.

Use to come here all the time for pizza in the last 2 months I have had a pizza that is awful three times( pizza is soggy). Customer service is not a thing at this location with rude people picking up there phones shame on a company for allowing employees to act like this.

My kids love their pizza & wings and they have always been very friendly. We've done dozens of orders for birthday parties, hockey tournaments and for dinner and I don't believe they've ever made a mistake. Great prices and always on time.

Moved to woodstock almost 2 years ago. Crispy's has been our go to for pizza. Today was the first time I was disappointed. If this had of been our fist time ordering from there we would not go back. We ordered a deep dish pizza. It was not deep dish it was just a bit of a thicker crust and it was burnt. It's definitely not worth the extra we paid for it to be deep dish, especially when the picture they advertize in the store on their screens the deepdish looks like what you would get from Little Caesars. Change the pictures on your screens to your actual pizzas. I'm very disappointed and not sure I want to go back now after this.
