I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Crispy’s Fish & Chips! From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and eager to help. The restaurant was clean and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
Now, about the food — wow! Every bite was delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked: crispy on the outside, flaky and tender inside. The fries were golden and seasoned just right, and their tartar sauce (and other sides) complemented everything beautifully. Portions were generous and well worth the price.
Overall, Crispy’s exceeded expectations in every way. Whether you’re craving a classic fish & chips meal or just good, comforting food with excellent service, this place is a winner. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Went there yesterday evening for dinner with my mom and the fish was crispy and the fries were super fresh. I asked the server and she mentioned they make them homemade every day, which you can really taste! Portion sizes are generous and definitely worth the price. Only wish they stayed open a little later.

I was craving some fish and chips and finally got around to trying out this place. The atmosphere was that of an older style diner. Few were sitting already as I took my seat around 6:30pm and many more showed up shortly after. The store was closing by 8pm and by this time the staff was limited to one waitress whom was very friendly and efficient at her job, however was unable to answer confidently as to the differences between haddock and halibut outside of the price point and higher quality. The food was fresh and quick and I found the portion size to be refreshing with a plate that was not overloaded with fries and the fish playing the main star.

This place serves the best fish and chips in town! The fish and chips are perfectly crispy without being oily, and the coleslaw is the best homemade one I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to experience an authentic UK-style taste.

found hair in fish batter ended up throwing up skip wanted pic but couldn't do that after i had thrown up so called store owner they offered a refund on further orders but refused a couple of days later to honor the credit.

Great halibut, real mashed potatoes...the perch was over breaded, but delicious...now, they have celery bread...not exactly like Port Dover, but the taste is comparable, better value, more pieces and not an hour drive! Recommend!!!!
