DoughBox Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta - Woodstock

We're from Calgary with a lot of nice pizza restaurants, and DoughBox would be a hit there for sure! I love their twisted club pizza. We went there on a Monday night, family of 6, with only 1 staff working, and she delivered all our orders fast and perfectly cooked!

These pizzas are wonderfully thin and crispy – honestly, they’re some of the best I’ve had in quite a while. The Spicy Buffalo and Margherita were absolutely outstanding!

I wanted to surprise my partner and his kids for Valentine's day and ordered a special delivery today to his house. From the amazing customer service over the phone, to delivering for a specific timeframe (as I live in a different city)this was hands down the BEST service I've ever had!! And during one of the biggest snowstorms of the year on top of it!? They absolutely loved the pizza, garlic bread, and cinnamon dessert. I would highly recommend this incredible place to anyone who lives in Woodstock ❤️

I had a pleasant experience overall. The food was excellent, and the staff were courteous and professional. However, I noticed that the heating was not functioning, which made it quite uncomfortable, especially for the employees working in the cold. I hope this issue is addressed soon for their well-being.

Thank you so much for serving the community with such delicious pizza and pasta! I always enjoy my meals from here. However, I’d like to offer a small suggestion: when I visited yesterday to pick up my delivery order, I noticed that there was only one girl handling everything on her own. It was quite busy, and I felt she could have used a helping hand. I believe having another person to assist her during peak hours would make a big difference. Perhaps it’s worth considering hiring additional staff to keep things running smoothly. Thanks again for your excellent service – looking forward to my next visit!

I had an order for pickup and saw a single staff running this store felt sorry. I don't know why you can't have another staff working at the busy time and operation can be smoother. Everyone including me have to wait atleast 20 mins extra
It's 31 dec so atleast should have 2 staff running the show.

We were in town for a few hours and decided to order a pizza from here. The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and presented themselves well. The place looked clean and well kept. The only thing I would change is that the only way we could order was online and a tip is mandatory. I've always found that the tip should be on the experience of the food and service. Demanding a tip before we were able to have the experience seemed a bit much. Having said that, I still highly recommend DoughBox! We will order from here again next time we are in town.
