Horrible customer service I will never be back. My son had a free pizza voucher from soccer. Even though there was no printed expiration date on it. When we arrived to order they told us it expired yesterday. Great customer service! Thanks for nothing.

Perfect Family Pizza Night!
Visited with my family and had the best experience from start to finish. The place felt warm and welcoming, and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Service was quick, friendly, and full of smiles. The pizza was absolutely delicious – perfectly baked crust, rich sauce, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The kids loved it, and we all agreed it’s our new go-to spot. The owner’s kindness and attention to detail truly made the evening special. Highly recommended! 🍕❤️

Had an amazing experience at DoughBox in Woodstock! The food was fresh and full of flavour, and the wood-fired crust was just perfect. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were super friendly and attentive. You can really feel the care they put into both the service and the food. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

This was my second order with them, but unfortunately, everything was bad. The delivery took 50min to arrive (and it was saying 25-35min on UberEats), the pizza was burnt, dry, and we could barely see the broccoli. And I ordered an arugula salad with extra chicken ($18), which my husband genuinely thought was a free item because it was sooo small.
I don't think we'll order from DoughBox again, after this poor experience.

Great pizzas! I took home one traditional pepperoni and one specialty Bianco and they were delicious. I’ll be back! Atmosphere is good but only a few booths available suggesting most patrons take out their food like I did! Pizza for afternoon and evening meals and I have leftovers for two additional meals.

Oh this was delicious! First time trying it and my goodness!! absolutely delicious, the pizza was perfect (lots of flavours)! the garlic balls, wings and nutella balls were spot on! We're super happy and will be back to make this spot our special treat 💖
