Chicken fried rice came extremely burnt to the point is was all I could smell when I opened the container, and general tso chicken came with no sauce.

Food is nasty!! chicken wings are way over cooked or possibly leftovers from yesterday! steamed buns are raw! Mark's Chop Suey blows this place out of the water!!

I was there Aug 11/21. Got some ribs that were raw. Told owner she said they were cooked. I asked why they were red. She brought me a orange drink box and said it was free. Which I didn’t drink. I ask can they be re-cooked and shook her head no. Told her I’m not paying for them. She gave me my bill and the whole price was on it. If I didn’t have to go to work I would have contact the police then. Please everyone keep an eye on your food make sure it is cooked

This place has great prices and the food is fresh with high quality ingredients! Super crunchy and delicious veggies, giant shrimps. Highly recommend! Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I've ate here several times recently and their quality is excellent :)

We ordered dinner last night for a birthday and it was so disappointing. The fried egg noodles were sticky and slimy and the beef on it smelled like it had gone bad. The ginger beef which should be crispy was soft and the crust was like soggy bread. We always want to support local so this feedback is not to make them feel bad, but perhaps a way to improve their food. It ruined our birthday dinner :(

My sister Janelle went to The New Bamboo Garden and got sick after eating their food and still they GO THERE. My advice is: NEVER EVER go to this restaurant and I won't be ever going there after reading so many poor reviews.

Just ordered food from this place the chicken ball were over cooked the lemon and orange chicken was soggy and gross I can't even eat this ? definitely will not be ordering from this place again NEVER ORDER FROM HERE DONT BELIEVE SKIP THE DISHES RATING such a waste of money
Better off buying frozen from the grocery store. At least then you know what you might be eating. Got takeout and not impressed, waste of $72. Generic, hard and likely from frozen

I really want to support this restaurant, it's local and they are new Canadians. They have been supportive when complaining however, I found a hair stuck to the inside of my steamed rice Styrofoam container. During these Covid times, and any time really, food prep should be done with a hairnet. This is food prep 101.I know they are working hard however, public health is important to all of us.

Pre ordered and prepaid for food on New Years eve hours before pickup (knew it would be busy). Arrive for the pickup and our food isnt ready, and the girl working had no idea where our order was. Ended up having to wait A WHOLE HOUR MORE at the front of the resteraunt (full of people waiting, even though its shut down) for them to remake our food.
