We ordered every week from Ginos in Woodstock as we love their pizza but…they changed their online ordering system. Now you pick all your toppings and hit checkout and it reverts to a plain cheese pizza. Had to call and cancel our order. Tried again with a special code (which is invalid) and it still reverts to a plain cheese pizza. We now have to find a new place to order from. Too bad. So very disappointed!

I came in and ordered a pizza and then I watched the young man making the pizzas with no gloves on go take a phone call then touch money and then go back with still no gloves or washing his hands and continue to add toppings to pizzas gross

Went in and ordered and paid for a 5:30 delivery. Called a 5:55 and was told they are to busy....not sure when I will get my order....no phone call to tell me....finally got my order at 6:30!!

I placed an online order and the website said it would take 20 minutes to be ready. I went to the store after 20 minutes as per the website and picked up my pizza and it was ice cold when I got home. I called customer service and they blamed me for the pizza being cold because I picked it up at the time the website gave. If you like garbage customer service and cold pizza I guess this is the place to go.
