First and last time ever getting an "icecream cake" from Marble Slab. Huge $50 let down. Go anywhere but Marble Slab for a cake. The cake was just a circle of vanilla icecream (not birthday cake flavor) with like 6 pieces of cookie dough and hardly any chocolate topping, far from the protocol they are supposed to follow. I'm such a fool for trying Marble Slab for an ice cram cake. They don't follow Marble Slab recipes and do what they want to cut costs. . Staff was nice.

We bought 2 premade 1 litre ice cream cookie dough drizzle...and I've had a 1/4 of it and there is nothing in it...it's just plain vanilla ice cream with 1 or 2 little tiny cookie dough chips that you can't even taste. I wish I was exaggerating. I used to love going here but now I'll just stick to DQ.

This is my second time taking my kids to marble slab in Woodstock and both times the staff are absolutely ignorant! Rolling eyes , no hello upon walking in, arguing with what I said for size of ice cream, when I didn’t tip the cash register was noticeable slammed shut and no patience for kids! My kids love being able to pick their toppings but I would rather drive a hour to London than give my business to this place !!

Hello, beautiful area and top notch service provided by the employees with my ice cream being made with a generous amount of Oreo pieces. The atmosphere was amazing as there seats to sit and dine were very pleasant.
I would recommend coming to this location as the ice cream is fresh and beautiful. :)

Not great. The server had dirty hands and didn’t wear gloves. Not appetizing at all. He put the ice cream on the slab just for show and dumped it back in the cup without really mixing it. It was disappointing.
Why change your cookie dough?? If I wanted little pieces, I would have taken my family to dairy queen. At least there, they are fresh and not crunchy and hard. Plus the 3 cones were stale. Not impressed. Won't be returning unfortunately. At least the girl serving was pleasant. But as soon as we walked in, a lady was on her cellphone, didn't acknowledge us and walked into the backroom and never came back.

Ice cream was great but the CSR tipped himself 10% without my consent. So if you want to spend extra money on an ice cream cone that already costs $10 then this is the place to go.

The service here is absolutely terrible, if you’re in a good mood just avoid this ice cream place. Went on a Sunday night (January 28th) at 8:15 pm (they close at 9) the ice cream and cones were put away, the chairs were stacked we couldn’t even sit down. We came in and no one said hi, no one smiled… they were extremely rude and not friendly at all.
