Decent location and clean. The lady was great and friendly but the guy was not so much. Both new Canadians. My biggest issue is why do they think two waffle cones, basic nothing special added; cost me 27$. I’m shocked the franchise is still going!!

I love marble slab but today’s experience was worst. That girl at front was so rude and rolling her eyes and seems like she dont want to work. When we entered store all of them was staring at each other like they wasn’t expecting anybody else. that girl who served us I didn’t asked her name because i really didn’t want to say another word to her. I spent $27 dollars just to experience her attitude. I really dont want to see her next time, so im not gonna go there anymore. Google dont give us option for 0 rating, otherwise it was 0 star rating for customer service. Highly disappointed

$20.32. This is what 2 medium ice creams cost us today. No topping, just one butterscotch ice cream cone and one chocolate in a cup. I thought, ok, they must taste amazing for that price. Nope, neither one of us was blown away by the taste, just ice cream that was not very good.. Very disappointed.

Just tried the Strawberry Shortcake at Marble Slab and it was honestly so good! The ice cream was super creamy, and the mix of fresh strawberries and cake pieces made it taste like a chilled slice of the real thing. Not too sweet, just the right amount of everything. Definitely worth grabbing if you’re in the mood for something fruity and refreshing.Must tryyyyy.

I recently visited Marble Slab Creamery’s Woodstock location at Norwich Avenue and tried their espresso and pistachio ice cream. The espresso flavor offered a bold, rich coffee taste, while the pistachio added a subtle nuttiness. Highly recommended to treat yourself , friendly staff and clean store . If you’re in the area and enjoy unique ice cream flavors, this combination is worth a try.🍦🍦🍧🍧

Amazing staff. Vipan was very helpful. They are generous with their toppings and quality of ice cream is very good. My fav is brownie with chocolate chips.

I absolutely love this Marble Slab location! I’ve been coming here since they first opened. Everyone I has always been very nice! They keep the place clean and the ice cream and add in treats are always fresh and delicious. I really don’t have any negative experiences regarding this location and I’ve visited dozens of times now! ❤️

Visited the very first time. The lady at the front was not welcoming. Rude behaviour. She seems to like doing a favour to us. No smile whatsoever. My wife also felt the same.
We ordered 5 small cups and one for take out. In our take out cup no topping was included and when i went back and spoke with the staff they said i didn’t ask for it though i said that we need the same. Bad experience with the staff👎👎👎👎

Love all the choices of ice cream and topping. Only thing I can comment on would be that they need to be consistent with their serving sizes. Went twice for the exact same thing and first time I got a good scoop and second time the scoop was much smaller.

I’m not sure how an ice cream establishment smells of strong onion odour that knocks you out upon entering. Customer service is nonexistent. Save your money!

First and last time ever getting an "icecream cake" from Marble Slab. Huge $50 let down. Go anywhere but Marble Slab for a cake. The cake was just a circle of vanilla icecream (not birthday cake flavor) with like 6 pieces of cookie dough and hardly any chocolate topping, far from the protocol they are supposed to follow. I'm such a fool for trying Marble Slab for an ice cram cake. They don't follow Marble Slab recipes and do what they want to cut costs. . Staff was nice.
