We recently moved from Kitchener. Every time i oder fries from this place they are cold. Even tried ordering with no salt hoping they would make fresh but still nasty. I work in Startford and was nice having decent fries for a change. Wont be going back to this location.

So I applied for a job opening here then me and my daughter went in to get dinner around 6:30 girl who came to the till tattoo on right forearm she was nice but as we waited we wonder the looks we would get like should we even be here but I already paid 52 bucks it wasn't busy at all but yet there is skip door dash all that so that tends to get busy too that's fine I get I worked in the food service 30 years now and still do as I applied here ya am old lol but I love people well most lol but I really enjoy working with the public so 10 minutes gose by and one younger girl calls the our number just puts the bags not to Gentle and say have a good day but the way she she said and no eye contact just turns and walks off me and my daughter just looked at each other like ok so I reached over and got our straws and they forgot the dip for my daughter that's fine but they charge me for it and don't it well come on I didn't make a fuss whatever am a pretty peaon going person and not often do I make reviews but was little shocked by today an after today they made me change my mined on want to keep going to apply am sorry if you work in customer service like I do for any years it takes nothing to be kind eye contact is so important let that customer know that you Acknowledge them makes then feel more wanted always greet your customers even if your so busy that's were eye contact let them know you saw them it takes nothing to say I be right with you it amazing how 20 years ago and then today how kids even adults act towards there customers I will say this when Mcdonald's first started that was his life to build and grow great food great people and keep that going untill today I bet if he could see he would be so disappointed he was amazing man the things he did for others today blows me away and today am trying to find work now that I am ready since I aom passed I definitely would not to work like that come guys do better or better Parking: It all depends how busy it isAs we all know it can get very busy

Very poor housekeeping services found on this location. Men’s washrooms looks like not cleaned for days. Urinary is clogged and leaking water all over the floors. Toilet is dirty and not cleaned. There are lots of teen employees working there and not focusing on housekeeping. Never come back to place again.

These days curbside and drive through are always quicker if you're not eating in. Every time I go through drive-through in the am, I find all of the staff to be amazing. Friendly for the morning and quick and efficient. Thanks for all the coffee ?Parking: Plenty of Spots around side and the back has extra parking lot back there.Wheelchair accessibility: Spots right in front of building with space and easy entrance.
