Stop hiring kids who don't care and then leaving them unsupervised. Should have left when we noticed all the staff working were teenagers. Half of our order was messed up or bad. My kids' happy meal was missing items and she was given a 3 and under toy when she was really looking forward to the adopt me toy (which was specified in the order). My order didn't fair much better. I ordered the triple pickle chicken sandwich and received the normal mcchicken. And I know they realized the mistake and didn't care to correct it because there was a few crumbs of the pickle crunch dropped into the box. Normally not a big deal but when the sandwich itself is almost DOUBLE the cost of the normal mcchicken, that's not acceptable. Fries weren't much better as they were dry and extremely stale. Of course it was take out so we were home by the time we realized the issues and it was too late to drive all the way back. I've had bad experiences at this location prior but only one or two mistakes, not half of my order being wrong. And the store wasn't even that busy so there is no excuse there either.

Nov 15 evening. Had table service. Very slow. When food did arrive it was warm. Restaurant was dirty, tables and floor littered with food and debris. Washroom was not clean. Was not busy and Observed staff standing around. The old saying …if you have time to lean you have time to clean was not their motto there. Not too sure if I will ever use the drive thru given the state of cleanliness.

Coffee was disgusting.. worker said it would take a few minutes for the coffee but I guess they changed their mind on making a new pot of coffee and gave me old burnt tasting coffee that tasted like it was sitting there over night it was really gross had to dump it out as it was not drinkable..

Kids working too busy on their phones to do their job. Worst service ever. Only person in the drive thru and it takes 12 minutes for a cappuccino
Food - Hot chocolate was watery and far from sweet. McVeggie burger didn't have any sauces. Only Fries were good and fresh.
Cleanliness 0/10 - most of the tables were in disgusting conditions. Straws, lids and paper napkins everything on the tables and floors.
Service - average. There was no ketchup and paper napkins. Nobody seem to cared to refill.
Won't return to this location for sure.

Very unprofessional service! I’m an Uber Eats driver, and we are not required to bring a delivery bag. The employee rudely took the order away from me and refused to hand it over, even after I explained politely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for McDonald’s staff. The employee should be fired or seriously disciplined for such disrespectful treatment.

My son has tree nut allergies and can safely eat at McDonald’s when the staff is willing to accommodate and disinfect the counters and wear gloves. We went to the Woodstock McDonald’s and asked that they accommodate. They said they would do it no problem. The girl in the kitchen oblivious that I was standing there said “do you really think it matters if we do that?” The counter staff told her “the mother asked” and made eye contact with me: i fully believe they would not have accommodated and only stated that they did if I was not there. She then passed the nuggets to what appeared to be the manager who then set the nuggets (without gloves) on the same counter that everything goes on instead of putting in the happy meal box.
Unedible, messy garbage from this store!
