Very unprofessional service! I’m an Uber Eats driver, and we are not required to bring a delivery bag. The employee rudely took the order away from me and refused to hand it over, even after I explained politely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for McDonald’s staff. The employee should be fired or seriously disciplined for such disrespectful treatment.

My son has tree nut allergies and can safely eat at McDonald’s when the staff is willing to accommodate and disinfect the counters and wear gloves. We went to the Woodstock McDonald’s and asked that they accommodate. They said they would do it no problem. The girl in the kitchen oblivious that I was standing there said “do you really think it matters if we do that?” The counter staff told her “the mother asked” and made eye contact with me: i fully believe they would not have accommodated and only stated that they did if I was not there. She then passed the nuggets to what appeared to be the manager who then set the nuggets (without gloves) on the same counter that everything goes on instead of putting in the happy meal box.
If you have allergies, be cautious ordering here!

Surprisingly dirty!! Visited start of July 2025 for a lunch break along the HWY401. Stopped with the family (mom, dad, teen). Used the men's washroom first which had an overflowing urinal - super gross. That washroom should have been closed. I was ready to leave but my family had already started ordering. We STILL should have left. They reported the Women's washroom was disgusting as well. Surface on ordering kiosk was gross. While waiting for food the crew member waiting to put my order together was placing the cups for my drinks on his hands (like he was putting his hands in the cups like mitts or something?!?). I'm sure he has clean hands... but no thanks. New cups please. Dining room had food wrappers and garbage all over the floor. Just super disgusting - we were all turned off by that experience. I'm glad we didn't have a younger kid who wanted to use the playland. The only good thing I could say is that some of the workers seemed to be working very hard. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Every time I come into this restaurant no matter what time of day it is this place is filthy dirty, very disgusting. Almost every window is covered with kids and adult hand prints, the kids play room door and kiddy door is very disgusting. I would NEVER let my child play in there. I get that there may be a couple hand prints on the doors coming in and out , however this is on all windows within this restaurant. Honestly, I think some of the same prints are on some of the windows from when I visited a week ago. There are bugs on the window sills. I have never been in a fast food place that looked this disgusting. I’m very surprised they don’t have someone that strictly stays in dining room area and cleans all day and night as this is the first thing guests see when entering, not appealing at all. McDonald owner you can either afford hiring a full time cleaner or 2. Take pride in your establishment!

The younger staff need a reality check with how they talk to customers and handle their mistakes.
Food is usually good however they often mess up orders . I had 1 incident were a young employee told me I was wrong and only receive one burrito in the breakfast burrito meal . Since I already had issues with this order I pulled out of the drive way and went in , i asked a older employee and they informed the young employee was wrong . The attitude of the young employee was a major turn off from the business especially since i was not rude when I questioned the messed up order . $30 for 3 burritos 3 has browns and 2 drinks is what i was originally given besides ordering 3 drinks and the burrito meals that each come with 2 a piece

Great AMAZING place to go with little kids. A whole afternoon of fun for like $7. I took my four year olds here, they played at the play place for like an hour while I sat at the little window thing with a drink and a book. It’s a safe environment that’s open rain or shine. Yes the play place is a little sticky but it’s a McDonald’s play place! It’s going to be a little sticky! The restaurant area was clean and well managed. Extremely friendly staff. Everyone in the building had smiles on their faces.
