So disappointed. Usually love this place. I ordered a cold cut and almost broke my tooth on something hard in my sandwich. Not sure what it is but I definitely didn’t order whatever it was to be on my sub!!! Whatever it is …. It felt like biting a rock.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Upon entering the store woman behind the counter didn't even speak. I had to ask who would be helping me. You could clearly see she didn't care. No manners what so ever at all. Very cold. I think I'll take my business elsewhere. This used to be a very nice restaurant.

Staff was extremely friendly and built the sub to perfection.
The location is spotless and again I can’t stress how well made the food if I’m ever passing through this area I will 100% come back.

Went in tonight to get some sandwich’s , I had asked a question, and was met with attitude, the lady seemed annoyed with everything about my order. I had said pardon and she was rude because I couldn’t hear what she had said. Also the bacon was not warmed?

Ankur served us today and he was such a polite and speedy server. He juggled uber eats along with 3 orders in such a timely and efficient manner. He was working alone up front but managed to get all our orders out promptly and accurately. I’ve always enjoyed Mr. Sub since i was a kid; we had a regular shop we’d visit in my hometown. Since moving to this area we’ve made this location our new spot, and our recurring appearance to this spot is a testament to the wonderful service we get every time. Big thanks to Ankur for working hard and remaining polite and efficient amidst the pressure of what is a norm in the fast food industry. Hope to have you serve us again, Ankur! :)

Busy place,but the worker was pretty quick and didn't get rattled with all the people coming in. Subs were excellent. I tried the new beef carbacoa. I was delicious. Don't be afraid of the ghost pepper sauce,it's the perfect heat. They had a buy 3 get one free.
