This driver is very professional seems,caught it on hwy 401 near Woodstock.He saw me doing video and he took 1st exit.I wonder why nobody stop him.

I am really disappointed by the service at Tim hortons. At 11:50pm on November 19, Wednesday night I ordered brown sugar protein iced latte with espresso foam on it. I can't believe how they prepare the order. They skip espresso short from it, there is just brown sugar syrup and protein milk in it.

Tim Hortons service has been going down almost everyday. OnRoute service is also not the same. It was a norm to have tissue papers available or provided with purchased food items, but now it does not exist. Upon requesting, the employees at kiosks look at you as you have asked them for their kidney donation.

Burger King( and Other Fast Food Establishments actually) needs to better train their staff on Efficiency and Customer Service.
They should acknowledge and be aware that, When an Adult orders a Kid's Meal without a child present, they are most likely buying it for their child or grandchild. Do Not Assume Otherwise.
It's an important (and paid for) part of the meal ( similar to any other item)and can cause stress and disappointment for both Parent/Grandparent and the Child, if it is omitted or failed to be included.
Please,Do Better. Check the bags before handing them off to your Customers.
I recently ordered a Kid's Meal here, only to find no toy was included when I arrived home.
This is Not the first time or only establishment that has done this.
