The guys at Tim's work really hard. It's always so busy but they still manage it so well. There was this girl in drive thru, she was so sweet and considerate. Someone was calling her Tristy I guess, our order had some complications but she helped us and got it right. Shoutout to her
Srishti at tims makes good coffee. Everyone should try coffee made by her and ditch other baristas.
Stopped at the TIM HORTONS at Onroute Woodstock and had such a great experience! The service was fast, the place was clean, and the coffee was fresh just the way I like it. A special shoutout to SHRISHTI — she was super friendly, welcoming, and made the visit extra pleasant. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile when you’re on the road. Definitely one of the best Tim Hortons stops I’ve had — highly recommend!
Worse design of onroute looks like you are in jail everywhere is huge barriers dont know who made this no common sense
Sooo annoying.. the only place open past 8:30pm is Tim’s and Burger King.. everyone else closes early even tho it’s open till 9:00..
The men’s bathroom had no toilet paper in any of the stalls I ate my lunch there and in an hour later nobody filled up the stalls
Waited for a coffee for 10 minutes and it was not hot.
Ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich combo from Wendy's and did not get any bacon or cheese, barely any sauce and can't do nothing but eat a dry chicken sandwich that I paid over $17 for cause I was already back on the road when I started eating.
Convenient Rest Stop, clean facilities, outdoor seating, Realize Food Services and over prices Gas Bar
The whole parking lot smells manure. It was so strong and stinky.

Big ONroute store on the side of highway. Busy place, busy parking lot. Good for a quick stopover.
Always busy but the washroom were clean and stocked up with toilet paper good stop to rest and have a bite to eat.
Cute little stop for some food and drinks
ONroute plazas are along highways 400 and 401 in ONtario. A STOP on our way to Toronto for restrooms and breakfast at Tim’s. Orders took a while as Tim’s was one of the only two open food retailers that very hour (Starbucks was on the opposite side.) New York Fries and Burger King were still closed. Big seating area and even larger parking lot. Pedestrian traffic is high so favorable for washroom breaks but not the cleanest. If you care to get something like snacks (chips/canned soda, etc)— a bit pricey yes, grab it at ONmarket, a convenience store inside.
Shocking Lack of Safety and Urgency
I witnessed a very unfortunate incident at OnRoute Woodstock where a man slipped on a large pool of water on the floor, hit his temple hard on the massage chair, and spilled his hot coffee all over himself. This happened around 4:45 pm-5:00pm on July 11, 2025. It was distressing to see, and could have been much worse.
I immediately informed one of the cleaning staff and asked her to clean up the area to prevent further accidents. To my surprise, she seemed unaware and even asked me again with a confused look, as if it wasn’t something urgent.
This kind of negligence in a high-traffic area is unacceptable. A wet floor should never be left unattended. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate steps to ensure better safety and train staff to respond seriously to such situations.
