Had a great experience for our first time. I can’t remember the name of the person serving us. He was polite, friendly and very helpful. We asked for extra sauce as we love the garlic sauce and he did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and tasty. My second favorite shawarma place.

Only reason to give 3 star is the service. They don't have any particular standard about the amount of food they should give. Some guys will pour more some less. Couple of weeks ago I ordered 2 ozboxs and they fill it to the top, today, it was barely full. I ordered medium fries which fits into there small container. No standard...

Well, I can say I'll never be ordering from osmows again. I just can't deal with the grissel and cartelidge in the chicken anymore. I've tried these franchises all over ontario and written many reviews complaining about the grissel in the chicken, and it hasn't changed.
Unfortunate, because I like the rice, the sauces are good, service has always been good, but this last time the wrap was full of cartelidge and grissel and so was the rice bowl.
I've never experienced anything like it, and it's obviously chain wide. Back to Shelbys for this guy!

Was not impressed with my Osmows today. Usually it has been good here for us. Not today. Today my chicken on the rocks had lots of fat, gristle and a quite large chunk of bone! It really grossed me out. I have never had this much yucky stuff in shawarma before.
