Question to the store and staff. Does a customer use only 1 napkin/tissue. Obviously I could've asked more right. But about making food garlic was minimal and tahini after asking dropped 1 drop of it as the bottle of tahini got empty so instead of filling bottle the guy just put only one drop and the quantity was drastically less. I have eaten from many osmows but not this less quantity

I had a chicken shawarma sandwich. The cashier asked how hot and I said medium heat. It was like a 8/10 on the heat scale- wowza. So hot! A coworker ordered mild and said his was very spicy. I completely understand that everyone has a different tolerance level, so just a heads up. I personally liked it but it was too hot to really enjoy.
Called to place an order and the guy didn’t even let me finish a single sentence. Cuts me off, says they don’t take small orders on the phone, then tells me to ‘just order from the app.’ What the hell kind of customer service is this? Rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional.

Every time I walk in to the store and place the order, the food is great. I place order on ubereats, the food tastes very bad, unwatedly salty and dry. Happened thrice. Don't understand the reason.
