Philthy Philly's - Woodstock

I've been 3 times. The first time it was great food and a bit of a wait. The second time it took over an hour. The fries were burnt and covered with orange spice. The third time it took over an 1 hour and a half minutes and they tried to give me an incorrect order. When I told him it was wrong and I wasn't paying he said that I was wrong and that I had ordered a burger and fries not a poutine. I have a wheat allergy don't eat bread and would never order a burger. Horrible customer service.

My son's team had a hockey tournament in Woodstock this weekend. Last minute we decided to go out for lunch with a group.We rolled up with about 20 people and no reservations. We have done many team outings this year in different cities around Ontario. This was by far the best experience. With only one wait staff working and their patio not fully opened, they opened it for us. The food was great, the service was fantastic, the owner came and gave the kids frisbees. They had no time to prepare for a big group and did a much better job than places that had weeks of notice. Well done!!!
