Philthy Philly's - Woodstock

Gave my dad extremely bad food poisoning. He is vomiting every 5 minutes. Will not be ordering from this place again.

Also, I ordered a small sandwich and he ordered a medium (we ordered different toppings and meats) and they arrived the same size. Do not order from this place, scam and waste of money, will make you sick.

I ordered a small bacon poutine there’s only three Tiny pieces of bacon on top the gravy and cheese was only on top not throughout. Worst experience I’ve ever had here. Wish I could say that much has changed. I’ve also tried reaching out. I have gone a couple more times to try them. Have never once made it right always not enough gravy not enough curd definitely won’t be going back. I found a different place I like a lot more.

Datt was our server according to the receipt. When my brother and I went datt seemed like just us being there was bothering him, ordered and waited, wait time was okay and understandable, whille we were waiting my brother had brought up to me that it seemed like he didn't like us at all so im glad it wasn't just myself either, it wasn't like we ordered something crazy, just a routine a sandwitch and chocolate milks, no biggie, dont get me wrong food was great! But service was low tier at best, went at 5pmish sat Feb 14, wish this business the best, if you go its definitely for the food not the service, even a smile and a hello is good enough yknow? But nothing no smile and just seemed annoyed, cheers.

The food was amazing! Best burgers we’ve had in a very long time! Rut cooked the burgers to perfection and the fries were crispy and everything was hot. Div was so friendly and helpful. He advised us on different items and was very patient and kind to my son who has Autism. The food and staff were exceptional and will definitely return!

I am not one to go out of my way to write a bad review - but this experience was so awful and not worth $50

I mistakenly trusted the 4.2 star review - I should have filtered through to read all the 1 star reviews.

I ordered deep fried curds and mushrooms - portions were extremely small, no flavour, no seasoning. The Philly cheese steak sandwich was just gross. The bun was stale -the sauce tasted like a glade candle mixed with dog food. I actually threw my food in the garbage - definitely not a common practice for me.

I usually stop in every Friday after work to take home dinner, they've gotten to know me by name, and very friendly , usually knows my order unless I change it up , food is great , see you next week :)

Great customer service, Div went out of his way to make my visit extra special. You can tell he really cares about the success of this franchise. We had a really good conversation and I gave him some feedback about improvements to the food quality and he was very open and appreciative. The food was fresh, however the taste along with the preparation and presentation could use a refresher to ensure quality. This is definitely a better option to that of subway or other fast food places. I decided to give them 5 stars as they seemed eager and opened to improving to better serve their customers, but will revisit in the near future and will re-score based on the improvements

Best Philly steak sandwich I’ve had to date! So delicious and quick service. This was my time at this location and Div helped me out. I wasn’t sure on what to decide on. He made me two delicious Philly steak sandwiches. He made some great suggestions with choosing the provolone cheese. Great service from Div tonight! I’ll be returning for sure. I came after my friend suggested it, she said she went twice recently and really enjoyed the Philly steak as well. My photos don’t do it any justice!

Go ahead and find a better deal in Woodstock than 1/2 price burgers on Tuesdays. Cheaper then fast food, and the fries are far superior. Fresh cut in house!

Oh my lord. Phillys woodstock. Great customer service. Both times ive been here people are pleasant. The food is amazing. The big Texan rocked my world and last week the big boss did. I'll be a repeat for many more tasty sandwiches. Give it a try

Food is amazing, try anything you want it will be good. Prices are decent and well worth the quality. Only thing I would suggest is change the sink taps in the bathroom, the ones in there are a pain and blast water everywhere.
