Love going to eat and told to wait. 5 mins standing there waiting for the employees to count money on the till to pay a delivery person. Just left, won’t go back.

OMG, My husband and I have tried several different Pita pits from Hamilton area to Niagara region /Fort Erie and now Woodstock. We stopped in around noon today at the Norwhich st. location.
My husband had the buffalo chicken and I had the chicken wraps. Our server was William and he was awesome. The customer ahead of us ordered 6 pita wraps and William was professional and handled the making of the 6 pitas as if he had been doing this forever. Polite, cordial and completed the large order in a timely manner. He was ready to make our custom pitas. Our pitas were so good I ran back in to thank William again and leave him a tip. Best PP we have eaten at. William is truly an asset to your establishment.

I normally love pita pit and this place is usually pretty good. However, both my partner and I received food that was falling apart do to the amount of sauce in it. My first bite was just mustard and it kinda ruined the entire thing for me. Neither of us asked for extra sauce so I'm kinda confused as to why mine was half sauce. I won't be ordering here for a while and hopefully it's better next time.

The service is wonderful. Clean and pleasant environment. The value is what is lacking imo. My buffalo chicken wrap had six popcorn sized pieces of chicken and the price left me thinking of alternative places that offer more for less.

Ordered two wraps and started to look around after I paid. The place was filthy and the griddle looked so nasty. The girl spent 2 min trying to get her gloves on and eventually I just asked for a refund. It just screamed food poisoning in my future. They didn’t know how to do a refund so eventually just gave me cash after staring at the register for 5 min.

Horrible customer service from the tall girl with the tattoo on the inside of her left wrist… I was honestly scared to ask her name because she started slamming drawers when I asked her to remake my wrap. I asked her to remake it because 1. She completely ripped it open and 2. She put a mountain of hot sauce on when I asked for just a little.

Also, the prices raised. Not that that’s the employees fault.

Ordered this chicken and bacon pita cause the description says it comes with romaine lettuce, parm cheese, and caesar dressing.. got our order and all I got in this pita was chicken and bacon, no lettuce, no dressing, nothing but a dry pita. Paid $14 for a plain dry pita what a waste of money.. especially when they missed half the items and the description literally says this is what comes on the pita. And to only get a $4 refund, what a joke..

Dirtiest dirtiest food place I've ever been to, owner should be ashamed that he tolerates this kind of neglect at a franchise like this one . Floors looked disgusting Workers Put gyro meat on a philthy grill . When I asked the lady working .. her response was I don't see a problem !! No apology.. if there was any remorse I would have just took money back and not posted this. Manager was on the phone trying to teach workers how to refund my money, never once asked to speak to me and apologize ..
