The service is wonderful. Clean and pleasant environment. The value is what is lacking imo. My buffalo chicken wrap had six popcorn sized pieces of chicken and the price left me thinking of alternative places that offer more for less.

Ordered two wraps and started to look around after I paid. The place was filthy and the griddle looked so nasty. The girl spent 2 min trying to get her gloves on and eventually I just asked for a refund. It just screamed food poisoning in my future. They didn’t know how to do a refund so eventually just gave me cash after staring at the register for 5 min.

Horrible customer service from the tall girl with the tattoo on the inside of her left wrist… I was honestly scared to ask her name because she started slamming drawers when I asked her to remake my wrap. I asked her to remake it because 1. She completely ripped it open and 2. She put a mountain of hot sauce on when I asked for just a little.
Also, the prices raised. Not that that’s the employees fault.

Ordered this chicken and bacon pita cause the description says it comes with romaine lettuce, parm cheese, and caesar dressing.. got our order and all I got in this pita was chicken and bacon, no lettuce, no dressing, nothing but a dry pita. Paid $14 for a plain dry pita what a waste of money.. especially when they missed half the items and the description literally says this is what comes on the pita. And to only get a $4 refund, what a joke..

Dirtiest dirtiest food place I've ever been to, owner should be ashamed that he tolerates this kind of neglect at a franchise like this one . Floors looked disgusting Workers Put gyro meat on a philthy grill . When I asked the lady working .. her response was I don't see a problem !! No apology.. if there was any remorse I would have just took money back and not posted this. Manager was on the phone trying to teach workers how to refund my money, never once asked to speak to me and apologize ..

Stopped in there today (Feb 5, 2025) at around 3pm to order a wrap and 3 salads. The young man working behind the counter was very polite with great customer service skills and took his time to prepare the food to high quality. I will definitely return again to this location as he made my experience wonderful. Thank you.

Imagine being able to wrap up a pita and not have it explode?? For years I spent hours trying to recreate a pita pit pita and guess what! I can't do it! I won't ever try again I will just swing on by and buy one. Double meat ceaser pita with extra sauce extra croutons extra cheese and no lettuce lol! Let's gooooooo

To start, the food was delicious. Properly made, balanced ingredients. The SINGLE employee there did a great job going as fast as they could while serving a long line of people. I'm rating it low to management's attention because the employee was solo, trying to make 5 orders at once. People ended up leaving before ordering because it took so long. This bad rating is on management to let them know that they need to have more than 1 person on staff at 15h30 on a Friday afternoon. Embarrassing. But the employee did a great job.

Usually this place is amazing, but the last couple times I've ordered a pita from here, the pita had mold on it and my order was made incorrectly. It was also soggy and fell apart the second I tried to pick it up and take a bite. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from here again. The food quality has dropped immensely as well as their high quality safety standards seemingly. Attempted getting a refund from the delivery platform and apparently the issue wasn't eligible for a refund even though none of the food was edible. Was hoping to get a new meal rather than end up with nothing.

Used to work here. I just ordered 3 pita’s which was definitely NOT up to the standards I am used to. So much sauce the pita fell apart and I had to dispose of it, another pita was moldy and the third one is trashed aswell. Very disappointed. The moldy pita also was supposed to have caesar, not ranch. Ordering from a better place as I'm writing this but I can't believe it was messed up so bad (I even looked on the websites which shows they aren't even busy right now.) please do better whoever was working this shift between 6-8pm.
