At approximately 10:30 pm my friend and I walked in and ordered a pizza. Waited a few minutes and asked to use the washroom. The gentleman with the turban at the front said the washroom was closed without providing a reason. I raised the issue that it is a basic necessity and that I needed to wash my hands at which point another taller gentleman with a turban who claimed to be the manager came forward and with a very aggressive posture said to me that the owner has ordered him to keep washrooms closed. Then he proceeded to invite me inside their kitchen where there was a sink for me to wash my hands.
Seeing there was no other option I proceeded to go inside the kitchen area where the floors were also sort of greasy and slippery and had to wash my hands there.
This is extremely unprofessional and unsafe to ask customers to walk inside the work area of the kitchen in order to wash hands.
Not sure who the owner of this place is but definitely does not care about customer service.

We stopped by around 11 PM as paying customers, but when we asked to use the washroom, we were told it’s not available with no explanation other than “the owner said don’t open the washrooms.” Honestly, that’s just poor service. If you’re open and serving food late at night, customers should have access to basic facilities. This left a really bad impression, and we won’t be coming back.

On Thursday, Aug. 17, I ordered the medium bacon double cheeseburger pizza. I ate two slices and quickly lost my appetite. I remained nauseated for the rest of the day and woke up in the night to violent fever, chills and vomiting, that continued for over 24 hrs. This is not the first time I've gotten food poisoning from pizza pizza, but it will be the last time, as it has been reported to the ministry. This is an ongoing problem across several locations. I don't know what you guys need to do to get your shit straight, the rules for food prep are pretty solidly defined in Canada, but you had better do something because one heavy lawsuit could shut this all down and I will clap. My. Hands
