Terrible speed of service 19 minutes for a popcorn shrimp combo.
Staff handled the front till with gloves and then handled food.

The meal was quite disappointing. The chicken was excessively oily and greasy, making it difficult to enjoy. The fries were even worse—lacking freshness and flavor. It seemed like the food had been prepared several hours earlier, which affected both the taste and texture. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.

Did talk with manager and staff. Look like they don’t care about the quality of food and customer service!!

Not only do the staff not even know their own food (they can't tell the difference between the spicy chicken and regular chicken... just eat one if you can't tell by looking. You guys are serving regular chicken when ppl order spicy), but they are also very rude.

This location has compromised the quality of Popeyes chicken sandwiches. I ordered one and the chicken patty in it felt like it was made a day before. They don’t want to serve fresh food to customers. Never gonna come back to this location👎👎👎

I bought 3 spicy cheicken pcs today. It was fresh and so hot. I felt like buying more because it was so fresh. I awarded 4 stars for not getting the right order. I ordered spicy, and I got mild.

Do not stop here! Sat around for over 40 minutes before leaving without our food. There were at least 10 orders in front of us, yet the order numbers on the screen never moved! This location needs some help.
