Overpriced and got my order wrong even though the correct one was written on the printout. I just wanted a latte without sugar. The printout said latte no sugar. Didn't sample the drink till I was already on the road and it was undrinkable, must've had at least 4-5 pumps of sugar in it. Complete waste of money and time.

It’s 7:20 and they are closed at a service station!! Ridiculous!! They must work bankers hours. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here, I went to the Tim Hortons and they barely speak English, I fear we’re not in Kansas anymore Toto.

I ordered the same drink I have pretty much get everytime I go on the road for long distances, an Americano with four pumps of white mocho. The same drink cost me $5.06 with taxes in the just earlier in the morning. The store rep charged me $8.89, so said usually It cost me 5.06 at any location including this one. The rep tells me "this isn't a corporate location so we charge different prices". I asked him "is there a manager we could talk to to verify this?, because I have a receipt from this morning with a $5.06" price. This guy calmly said "I am the manager". I just said "I'll go to the tim hortons location, because I'm not paying $8.89 for you to screw up my drink, like usual at this location". I could deal with it if it was 50 cents more for the addition squirt of white mocha but to charge me almost $1.00 more is ludicrous like some of the people that work at this location.

Dirty place. No toilet paper in most of the mens stalls. Even family restroom. Dirty floors. Sink in sad looking shape.
always buy my coffees at Starbucks but I have never encountered a person who is so poorly educated. I gave him my $20 dollars to pay for my coffee and he threw the coins on the table with my bills. Hire people who want to work, not cheap people without desire. we all thank you

Kate from the Starbucks at the eastbound on the run made me the best drink I’ve ever had from a Starbucks! After a 5 hour drive I stopped in for a cold pick me up, which is all the information I gave her before she saved me from having to think of an order (as my brain was toast!). She took creative freedom and I now have a favourite go to! Thanks Kate!
