Ordered hot chocolate with whipped cream. They didn't topped it with whipped cream even though it is written on the label

How lovely that at an En Route that I come to maybe 4 times a year that the Barista Kate remembers my boyfriend and I from our order! At such a crazy busy location it really makes an experience that can easily be frustrating into a pleasant one when someone puts the effort in to make your interactions pleasant! Thank you Kate!

CLOSED at a service centre. 8:15pm. No one could possibly want a decent coffee at this hour.
Staff is excellent. The partners really took the time to get to know everyone that came in. Its always busy, always fresh. Never waited too long for my drinks.

When I arrived I was the only one at this location. I ordered a coffee and potato bites. 3 workers but no one looked interest in making my potato bites. My coffee comes and they hadn’t put my pb in the oven yet. They finally bring me my food. I realized when I got to my destination that I had a muffin not my food. I called the number in the Starbucks app and start explaining the situation. A very frustrating conversation because I was actually talking to Tim Hortons. May want to get your own phone line. When I finally got the manager she was rude and said I took the wrong food. He handed me the bag and didn’t say a name. Mumbled something and as I was the only one in line waiting for food. She told me I had to come back to the on route which I don’t live anywhere near or email the on route, would it go to Tim Hortons email I wondered? I won’t do any of those options but I will stay away from this locations and Starbucks going forward

Just keep driving. There was no line when I showed up and placed my order (a coffee, sandwich and drink.) The sandwich came first, within seconds. Then the refresher drink a minute after. And then I had to wait 10 minutes for the coffee and watched 15 people (yes I started counting) get their orders of multiple coffees and food items before they even started making my coffee. Next time I'm just gonna keep driving to the next one or go to timmies.
Around 555 pm on a Saturday Was stopping off at the on route for some gas when my aunt went over to check out the Starbucks merchandise (just browsing , didn’t even say a word to the staff) and the blonde girl working was like we are closed and are not serving anymore customers. We mentioned my aunt just is browsing the merch as she loves to collect them from different areas. The girl responded by saying browse to all you want I’m not serving you. It was uncalled for and really rude .. especially because we weren’t trying to order anything and we responded so politely regardless but it really wasn’t the customer service we expect from Starbucks .
Kate was awesome today 😁. She made me a custom drink for the holidays and had the best customer service! She great thank you Kate!
Overpriced and got my order wrong even though the correct one was written on the printout. I just wanted a latte without sugar. The printout said latte no sugar. Didn't sample the drink till I was already on the road and it was undrinkable, must've had at least 4-5 pumps of sugar in it. Complete waste of money and time.

I go to Starbucks every day and this is the worst location I ever been, they don’t care about the customer service and they are not pay attention to the customer all they do is talk between them coffee is very bad and they don’t do the orders the way they supposed to do
