Went to the store Nov 22 and it was closed! How can a Starbucks be closed during regular operating hours? Always short staffed, manager (Heather) is extremely rude seeing as she has to do work herself! This store never makes my drinks right and their customer service is poor so I guess it makes sense that they have to close when they treat everyone so poorly including staff! Terrible experience all around. If only there was one closer to my place.

Awful service and long wait times. Clearly understaffed and many of the people working here have really horrible attitudes. I waited 27 minutes for my drink that I mobile ordered and was told by Heather that they’re understaffed so I need to be patient. I learned by the business card she had sitting out that shes the store manager clearly she needs to hire more staff and work on how she's speaking to customers! I wouldn’t waste your time coming to this location Dundass is definitely more worth it.

This is ridiculous, I make my order, I get half of it then watch these workers make 5 other drinks before completing my order! I dont get it they made lattes, and a few fancy drinks but couldn't make the machiato to finish my order! Thanks for making the other drink and then leaving it to get cold while I stood and watched you make all these other drinks. I also do my mobile order before I get to curries and still wait!
