They don’t know how to make a matcha here at all. Why is it foaming and separating from the matcha. Every other starbucks knows how to make a someone decent matcha I’ve never gotten a matcha that even closely resembles a matcha. don’t waste your money maybe try the one on dundass cause I just wasted 7 dollars on something I’m not even gonna finish

Quite slow service, they always seem to prioritize mobile ordering and drive through. So if you walk in expect to wait quite awhile.

I was there a little before they closed last night and they were just the sweetest people ever. So kind and in a good mood, it was refreshing to see people with a positive vibe, it really turn my day around. 10/10!

Very poor service at this location. Placed an order for a coffee and a soy latte. It was moderately busy and got my coffee in 5 minutes. I then waited another 5 minutes watching the staff hand out orders and when I asked about my latte the manager said that it was not in the queue but they would add it to the end of the queue. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes for my drink which was ordered 10 minutes before and when I asked to cancel the drink I was told to wait until the next customer was served. Not all locations are managed equally. This location is not well managed and I would not visit again.

Sky was very helpful and friendly. There was a minor mix-up with my wife's drink, which she promptly corrected. She noticed we had our puppy with us and brought out a fun little whipped cream snack for him to enjoy. Great service and friendly staff. I'm sure there are varying levels of intensity throughout the day at this location, which may result in staff being a little stressed and strained, which may explain some of the more recent negative reviews. Our experience was very pleasant this morning, and everybody was very cordial. My wife and I have been to this location numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. I realized I had not reviewed this place before, so I thought I'd do it today since we received such a warm and friendly welcome with our pet. Keep up the great work!

The staff there is so rude and rather argue with you than fixing their screw ups. They have their own made up rules about Starbucks standards and refuse to even hear you out . The location on Dundas is newer and staff there have much better attitude and provide great customer service.

Pathetic. My daughter ordered one drink waited 20 minutes and still didn’t receive it. We had to leave without the drink. The barista or whatever they’re called didn’t care. My daughter is out $8. Why does anyone waste time at Starbucks?

Friday October 11, 2024. Arrives at 7:45 AM, knew it would be busy with Mobile orders as they seem to take presidence now, and it was, so I was prepared to wait. However, not receiving an acknowledgment when I walked in the door, not even a head lift, left waiting to the point I almost left, before we received an acknowledgment and had our order taken, then of course we wait for our drinks.
Usually we have a great experience here, let's hope this was a one off.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now, and I have always had fantastic service until today. Today, I placed my mobile order before leaving my driveway like I do every other time (a 4 minute drive). The drive thru was short so I decided to pick up in the drive thru, but for some reason today when receiving my order instead of being met with the usual pleasantries I was instead told by Sky that I need to wait longer next time to pick up my order because they need at least 5 minutes (the app tells me 4-7 minutes). I was very taken aback as to why after years I’m being told that I’m doing this wrong….. I pointed out that I have NEVER had an issue with my order timing so asked why it’s a problem now. They told me it’s because they’re really busy so I need to give them at least 5 minutes. I asked what’s the difference if I order at the speaker when I get here - now you have less time to start making it before I’m here. They tried explaining to me how your systems work different for different types of orders, but why is that my problem as the customer? I left with such a horrible taste in my mouth and feel like I just got in trouble.. I shouldn’t be leaving feeling that way.

Honestly, this is the most ridiculous request to ask of a customer. I guess next time I’m supposed to go sit in a parking spot then enter the drive thru so I can wait behind all the new cars that just showed up and place there order at the speaker.

Reading other reviews it sounds like I’m not the first person to have an issue with Sky.
