It's unfortunate the employees hand customers the pin pad rather than hold it out for an interac tap. I guess they just chose to forget about viruses. I assume this is to push the tip option. Money over safety, come on Starbucks! This is at drive thru. We are already taxed beyond comprehension, now we are requested to tip at a fast food restaurant drive thru, what's next? I'll avoid Starbucks now.

Monique is wonderful! I'm attending the Woodstock farm show and stopped through the Starbucks drive through and was greeted with a quick morning song and a beautiful smile when I pulled up to the window. She brightened my morning. Truly. What a lovely, kind and friendly experience.

I was picking up an online order my wife placed and arrived after the pickup time Starbucks set, but only part of the order ready. No problem I understand when things are busy.

I waited nearly 10 minutes to be acknowledged when I realized the last item wasn’t coming. I asked for the item and the new manager, Sarah, tossed the item at me without saying a word or looking at me, however what she gave was incorrect.

I eventually got my correct order after a long delay which defeats the purpose of mobile ordering and I left frustrated with cold food and drinks. I called shortly after to complain and talked to Sarah directly, but she could not care less about the issue and dismissed the conversation entirely. She simply wanted me off the phone.

Sarah is poor at face to face customer interaction, and also at resolving complaints.

**Note: the staff and previous manager are all amazing and I love the team there. This review is strictly due to Sarah’s shortcomings.
