I had a really great experience at this place! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and patient while I customized my sandwich. Everything was fresh – from the bread to the vegetables – and my sub was made exactly the way I wanted. The service was quick, and the portion was generous for the price. Definitely one of the best spots for a fresh, tasty meal on the go. I’ll be coming back again!

Honestly, this Subway was a major letdown. The ingredients looked like they'd been sitting out for days – definitely not fresh. And don't even get me started on the toppings; they were so stingy with them! I asked for shredded cheese and got, like, a sad little sprinkle. It was barely there. The whole experience was just gross and not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

This subway needs better hygiene practices. Not changing gloves and touching bags and other orders while touching my sub. Going to the back i cant see what theyre doing then touching my sub again is no good. I will be going to a different chain

Worst subway I’ve been to. I went Wednesday July 9th at around 810 pm and ordered two subs. They cut one about four inches and the other 8. I asked if she could re cut the sandwiches so they could be even and the ladies looked at each other in disgust. My boyfriend ordered his and they overcharged stating his sandwich was not a number two, and that they didn’t have ham and bacon on their menu. I go to subway in Ingersoll three times a week and have never been treated like this. When I stated I had never been treated like this they said “oh well”. I don’t know just don’t go here. I work in customer service and would be fried for acting like this. That’s all

I went to eat at this restaurant for the first time today. When I went there, the customer service was very good by Arpan and the food that was prepared was also very good. There is no doubt that I have eaten Subway many times before, but that was much tastier than the others. I don't know the chef's cooking method was different or he had magic in his hands. 😊😊
Have been coming here every week, but had very disturbing arguement with an employee for no reason they started flipping out. Never coming back here very disrespectful behaviour really disgusted by it.

The sandwiches are fresh and the bread is soft, but I feel they put very little sauces. I always ask for extra, but still, it’s not enough. Sometimes the sub feels dry, especially when I take it home. The staff are friendly and work fast, which I like. But I think they should not be shy with the sauces. I like the veggies, they are fresh and crunchy. Overall, it’s a good place, but they need to improve on the sauce part. I will come back, but I hope next time they give more sauces.
