Employees do not get the tip when you put it on your card! The service was great and I wanted to tip for that reason however when I ask if the employee gets the tip, when the tip is added to the bill when using a debt/credit card, I found out the tip goes to the employer not the employee………this is so wrong. I will start bringing cash so I can tip the employee.

The girl who works the late closing shift is literally my favourite. She has a smile that is so contagious and is the sweetest human being. She always makes me day when my boyfriend and I come to get Subway after he is done work at 11. She needs a raise!!!

I always visit this subway specifically because of their customer service and fresh ingredients. But I visited Saturday night with my friends and there was a girl who was super nice and adorable. She greeted us with a smile and patiently prepared our orders. We really enjoyed our food and always recommend this store to my loving ones.

My experience on Dec 19th around 8pm was very disappointing and honestly kinda scary due to the employee’s rude and unprofessional behavior. I felt unwelcome from the moment I requested specific items for my order (example please toast twice, or please make it a panini).
I attempted to use the remaining balance on my gift card, which didn’t work twice. She said no its not working like won't you wanna ask a supervisor or someone for help and try? She stood there expecting me to pay notmally. I told her would like to pay whatever is on the card and rest on visa and the try again. Since I was very hungry, I wanted to move things along so I could go eat. I suggested trying a different option as I have seen other newer employees have trouble with the egift card options. When that also didn’t work, the employee responded by asking, “Did you finish paying? I work here so I know what to do” in a very rude and accusatory manner. Mind you she didnt...it worked when she tried a different option for the 4th time after me asking again to try if there's a gift card option. She kept rambling on and on about how I was at fault there cuz sometimes it just doesnt work with any gift cards. I was not rude at any point probably in a rush cuz i was starving but i kept my tone very polite, yet the interaction escalated unnecessarily. I was honestly shocked and speechless.
I expect respectful communication as a paying customer, I get someone having a rough day and i wouldn't have left this review if it was not this extreme. I barely walk out the door before I hear her complain loudly to the other employee I understand the language she was speaking. It was a complete lack of customer service knowledge. This experience made me very uncomfortable and I dont think I can ever return to that branch!

I’m a regular Subway customer and usually love their food, but this particular location has some really rude staff. Every time I think about ordering, I remember my previous bad experiences and hesitate. Today was no different — the customer service was very rude again, and my online order was poorly made with just one sauce. Really disappointing experience.

I had a really great experience at this place! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and patient while I customized my sandwich. Everything was fresh – from the bread to the vegetables – and my sub was made exactly the way I wanted. The service was quick, and the portion was generous for the price. Definitely one of the best spots for a fresh, tasty meal on the go. I’ll be coming back again!

Honestly, this Subway was a major letdown. The ingredients looked like they'd been sitting out for days – definitely not fresh. And don't even get me started on the toppings; they were so stingy with them! I asked for shredded cheese and got, like, a sad little sprinkle. It was barely there. The whole experience was just gross and not worth the money. Save yourself the disappointment and go somewhere else.

This subway needs better hygiene practices. Not changing gloves and touching bags and other orders while touching my sub. Going to the back i cant see what theyre doing then touching my sub again is no good. I will be going to a different chain

Worst subway I’ve been to. I went Wednesday July 9th at around 810 pm and ordered two subs. They cut one about four inches and the other 8. I asked if she could re cut the sandwiches so they could be even and the ladies looked at each other in disgust. My boyfriend ordered his and they overcharged stating his sandwich was not a number two, and that they didn’t have ham and bacon on their menu. I go to subway in Ingersoll three times a week and have never been treated like this. When I stated I had never been treated like this they said “oh well”. I don’t know just don’t go here. I work in customer service and would be fried for acting like this. That’s all
