I had a really great experience at this place! The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and patient while I customized my sandwich. Everything was fresh – from the bread to the vegetables – and my sub was made exactly the way I wanted. The service was quick, and the portion was generous for the price. Definitely one of the best spots for a fresh, tasty meal on the go. I’ll be coming back again!

I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences at this Subway location, particularly with one middle-aged woman who regularly works during the afternoon hours. She has consistently been rude and dismissive, but my most recent visit was the final straw.

I politely asked for extra toppings and even mentioned I was willing to pay for them, but she abruptly declined without explanation and cut me off mid-sentence. Her tone and attitude were unprofessional and unnecessary.

After placing my order, I asked for extra napkins, but instead of responding, she completely ignored me and walked away — as if I wasn’t even there. I usually stop by around 3–4 PM because it’s the closest location to my job site, but after this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning.

This employee needs serious training in customer service and basic courtesy. Being respectful and attentive should be the bare minimum when serving customers.

The bread wasnt right and the one sub tasted like they dumped the whole bottle of salt on.. when called the store to let them know about the mistakes the workers was just rude and didn't care ... dont ever order here ....

I just do not like this place to make my food. They lack, taste, quality and have no sense of good customer service. Arrogant people with no common sense on how to reply on phone are hired. You ask them a question and all they gonna reply with is YUP. #do not order here ever.

@owners, can you atleast tell them on how to speak with your guests. I am telling you now that not a single person that I know will ever visit this ridiculous place.
