I went in today, walked up to order (no one else was in line) and the worker just stood there on her phone not even acknowledging me. I waited probably 30 seconds until another worker came out from the back while this worker was still on her phone.

Service has gone down drastically ever since new staff or new owner have come into the picture. The food looks questionable serve stuff where the buns are broken before even putting food on it A+ culinary skills & customer service am I right? The veggies look like they’ve been sitting out all day literally disgusting watching the people just make your food cause it’s so unhygienic wanted to walk out so still placed my order didn’t even eat it so disgusting do better seriously. Be better PEOPLE won’t be returning will take my business elsewhere.

I’ve had some questionable meals in my life, but this Subway experience really raised the bar for culinary disappointment. I ordered three large subs—because I enjoy living dangerously—and was met with vegetables that looked like they’d been cryogenically frozen sometime during the Ice Age. The green peppers were slimy, half-frozen, and clearly traumatized.

Pretty sure they’re flash-freezing their veggies to “preserve the freshness”… or maybe just to keep customers guessing.

And the bread? I’ve had softer encounters with bricks. I gave a piece to my dog, and even he looked offended. That’s $40 worth of regret! Would not recommend unless you’re into mystery produce and bad food!

Had the stackable very stingy on toppings ham was one piece paper thin bread was stale. The 3 cheese was paper thin and tasteless. Had nachos which were good but overall very disappointing outrageously priced for what you get.one staff very nice other 2 couldn't be bothered otherwise than to say everything costs extra not certain given cranky staff how they stay in business

I ordered online for pick up. That was fine.
I went and picked it up. That was fine.
I got home and one of the sandwiches wasn’t what I ordered, I had to go all of the way back to the store and wait in line for them to remake my sandwich. No sorry, no anything. Whatever, people make mistakes, it happens, I would’ve completely appreciated a “oops, sorry, we’ll make it up for you.” I got scowls and silence.

But once they finished remaking the sub, they made me stand there and wait for it, while she took off her gloves and puttered around a bit cleaning.

I had already driven there twice for this order. I was hungry and tired and was completely put off ever going back.

50 bucks for three sandwiches.

Last week, I went in to order a sub and eat my lunch inside. During my visit I needed to use the washroom but I was told I couldn’t use it and when I asked why she couldn’t give me a reason why. I said then I’ll use the men’s and again she told me I couldn’t use it either. I informed her that as a dine in restaurant you have to provide a working clean bathroom to customers and that’s law!!! Again she wouldn’t allow me to use the bathroom. They have a cart blocking the use of going into the washrooms. I told her she can eat my sub and I left.

Today while I was getting a few groceries I walked over to the subway just to see if they still had the bathrooms blocked and they do!! So they’re NOT letting anyone use them so they don’t have to clean them. I’m contacting the health board too as they need to be shut down immediately.

Recently visited this location and the short girl with glasses working on the front was super rude. We called before visiting but she didn’t bother to pick up the call though the store was open. After reaching there, I asked if I could place an order and she said, “we are ALMOST closed”. What the hell do you mean by almost closed? Closed means after 10pm as per your timings, isn’t it? The sign outside said “open” and there were still a few minutes in closing time. She took my order and then told me that the toasters were turned off. How can you turn off the toasters before closing time? She was literally giving me eye rolls and made me feel so unwanted. This made me feel so uncomfortable and I just dropped the idea of getting food from this location. I myself have been working with a QSR since 4 years now and this is not how you treat your customers. I guess, employees like these are the reason for such low ratings. Horrible experience and I’m never visiting this location again.

Do not order anything from this Subway. They have ripped me off for $ dollars worth of food. It was for delivery. It was never delivered and they refused to give my money back.

Subway corporate headquarters enforces uniform standards for franchises removing their ability to take root in the community. So entering the establishment it like stepping into the offices of the 1999 comedy film, Office Space. The restaurant was sterile and impersonal, its obvious they valued consistency and economic efficieny of over connection. For example, they put the soup in a plastic bag in the metal container to recieve a constant supply of bottom heat. No doubt leaching untold microplastic and endocrine distruptors into the soup. This isolation can be further accentuated when the workforce is composed largely of imported foreign labor, often replacing local workers. This practice not only disrupts the economic dynamics of the native population but also contributes to a sense of alienation within the community. I ask for extra cheese on my daughters sandwich and the lady looked at me like i asked her to give me her kidney. It's this kind of experience that makes me wonder if these subway people really care about us? food was good enough, i asked for a number 18, because the board said "tell us what you want and we'll do the rest", then they asked me what veggies I wanted on my nashville hot chicken sandwhich- so is this say the number and we'll do the rest or is this I have to make all the decision around here. Anyway I won't be going there anymore.

I ordered for the first time from this location tonight. The quality of the food I'd give zero stars if I could. It was absolutely disgusting. I finished half of my sub, threw out the other half after it left a bad taste in my mouth and made me want to puke.

The meat in the counter didn't look well and that should have been my first clue.

Not to mention, subway charged me $24 for a 12 inch, cookie & drink.

I guess firehouse sub will be our go-to from now on. I used to enjoy subway, but not anymore.

Pizza sub on flat bread has never been this empty or disappointing for me, seems inline with other reviews of being stingy.
