Ordered online. Order cancelled by store. Called store and asked what’s going on. They said order again, but now the website and app both won’t work saying it doesn’t like my card now. Went in person to tell them what happened and I want the sub but I want the online deal. They said “we will give you the deal” so I ordered my food and then they wouldn’t give me the deal and told me they never said that. Weird. I told them ok I’m not paying full price so I’ll just leave. They wasted their time and mine and ingredients.

Overall it's good 👍 I definitely recommend the evening staff there, they are alot more patient with you. Satwinder one of the evening lady's there and holds my faith in this store as I go frequently between the week to eat!!!

I order online with subway app , had coupon get 1 with other one free . They just give one & said they received only 1 1 sub order . Girl phoned to restaurant manager & manager said they can’t do anything as it’s an app issue . They even didn’t give refund for 2nd one . Worst experience with this location. Never order from this location.

I ordered online from this location, requesting three sauces, but the sub arrived very dry with barely any sauce visible. Additionally, the vegetables were not fresh. When I called to express my concerns, the staff member who answered was rude and insisted that I should have specified my sauce needs in the comments section. This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience at this location. We typically avoid it, but the other store was closed. I won't be returning again.

We went in, waited patiently for the person in front of us to finish so we can order but after us came another lady and the right thing to do was to serve us first, right? Nope they served the other lady. Which is okay but there was 2 girl, the other was just standing there helping her with the lady and her GIFT CARDS. My mom, brother and I waited for them to be done. Once she left they just stood, talking and giggling. We still waited, hungry and tired. After 5 minutes of being the only ones there and them just giggling, talking and not serving us we just left. Horrible service. Will not return.

ordered my food through the app got my food the receipts right so I had to pay for it. Ask for cheese didn’t get cheese. Ask for sauce on one side got sauce on all of it. They tell me oh no it wasn’t done like that. I say I’m looking right at it haven’t even taken a bite yet. She argues with me and then says oh there’s nothing I can do you have to go through the app again was right rude stay far far away from this one. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had, but this is the first time I’ve reviewed very disappointed.
