Food was very underwhelming, festive special came with about a teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Service was slow and disorganized. We had to ask for cutlery twice as it wasn't brought with the food. Charged for a returned drink twice. Restaurant was clean, that was about the only plus. Server didn't seem to care much or just was over it.

Freezing inside. Ordered cheese on my fries, came beside it. Ordered bbq sauce on my tenders and the sauce came beside it and not even the right sauce. Didn't order bread and still got it. The food was all cold. DO NOT recommend Woodstock Swiss Chalet. Never had a problem with other locations. My fries came in tiny bits. And also had to wait long for to order it while others didn't.

We were told the wait time was 45 mins to an hour due to it being very busy. Someone complained and asked if it was a staffing issue, but they said no it’s just very busy. During our time waiting we watched 20 or so people get told the same thing. Many chose not to wait. Meanwhile when we finally entered the dining area after waiting 30 mins, we found both sides near empty! Not sure why they are okay with losing so much business or what the true story is. It is also very cold in here so I guess they are conserving heat as well lol.

Stopped after my hobbies doctors appointment Nov10 just after lunch time my brother in law and I had the chicken rib special ( everything was over cooked and dry) my husband had a stir fry (it's was dry as well ) not too likely do that after next appointment
