They don’t know there menu can’t understand English and food is made crappy and not right very disappointing and will not be returning again

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to Tim Hortons due to poor customer service and declining product quality. The staff were inattentive and seemed disengaged, offering little to no courtesy throughout the interaction. On top of that, the food and beverages lacked freshness and were poorly prepared, which made the overall experience unsatisfying. I expected better standards from a well-established brand and hope to see improvements in both service and quality moving forward

What an absolutely fantastic visit it was at this location. The girls working out here are helpful. I was given fresh steeped tea and fresh bagel. The management is absolutely professional towards their customers. I love going to this place.

4 people in my car , each needing a special order. Waitress rushed my order and said she was on a time schedule. My regular ice coffee had ZERO sugar or sweetener in it.

This drive thru is a letdown most days. I often debate switching the route I take to work so that I don't have to eat apple fritters that are cold in the centre. They need to calibrate the milk machine too because this steeped tea with 1 milk is whiter than I am.

I went to get gas and decided I would I get a tea before work, I walked into the Tims there is one man in front of me there is someone sweeping the floor and not even acknowledging that we are there finally another lady says give us a moment the man in front me after 5 mins left finally after about 10 minsy order gets taken and it was like warm tea , I didn't have time to go back in . Very disappointed with this location .

Original review: Very slow tim hortons. Regularly staff talks amongst themselves without paying attention to customers. Regularly gets my order wrong. Can't seem to differentiate sour cream glazed donut for chocolate glazed donut or blueberry muffin for chocolate muffin. If not for the convenience of the location, I would stop going.
Drive thru is always so slow. Staff don't seem to know what orders go in order and check orders before passing onto the customer to make sure they are correct i.e. unable or willing to simply cut a bagel. This location has become very disappointing over the last couple of years!!

Bad service _ went today around 11Am . Ordered veg cylentro bowl but they given meat bowl. Then went back again the cashier (indian girl wearing spec) said you have to pay again then pay again i paid again then they given same bowl that i returned meat bowl. I am truck driver so vehicale is parked far went back again to store complained again . The 3rd time they corrected the order. The worst experince with them .dnt dnt dnt go to this location worst customer service . Other coffee service are much better atleast they treat and if any thing go wrong atlest they feel sorry but noone in the store noone even said sorry. Only they want is payment orders service is soo bad . Worst service they made me pay for 2 bowl as its was mine fault. Atleast accept the mistake and say sorry but no . Worst bringing disgrace to whole timhorton NEVER EVER GOING THERE

I got a sandwich combo and the potato wedges I received were so dry that I chipped my tooth. I can't believe the workers served food like that, unbelievable.
