This place has been my go-to stop on the way to work pretty well every morning for the past four years. Only once have they made a mistake on my order, and they fixed it right away. The staff has always been very polite, always up for a quick round of banter if they have the time.

I went through the drive thru this morning and the girl on the speaker violently raised her voice at me because she could not hear. This is not how you’re suppose to deal with customers.. you ask them to speak up politely.
I go to this time Hortons everyday.. sometimes even multiple times a day, but with how I was treated this morning, I probably won’t be back again.

I've lived in Montreal, Toronto, and all over Southern Ontario, and this is hands down the best Tim's I've been to. Consistently great service, food, and atmosphere. Super friendly, and the drive-through usually moves pretty quickly (unless someone orders pizza)
