Worst place ever to visit. I was there to buy lunch and they didn’t serve me saying that it’s too early where as other Tim Hortons are serving lunch it was around 10:20am.

one of the busiest yet fast paced Tim’s. Crew here is really great and friendly. Koodos to the people working so calmly on busy weekends. It’s super crazy here

I came to pick up tea in morning but what i saw is just one person is working right now. I m waiting from last 20 minutes just to get coffee. Why don’t they hire some employees?
I wish there were an option to give zero stars. The staff seemed more interested in chatting and arguing with each other to take order than serving customers. They were rude and inattentive, I had to repeat my order three times before it was understood. The long wait was frustrating and unfortunately, the coffee was terrible.

Unacceptable behaviour and treatment from the staff here. They messed up our order at the speaker and it was made to be our fault when we got up to the window. All we wanted was the third item and kept being met with the rude response of “what do you want me to do about it”. We repeated that we just wanted the third item. We had to wait longer, were told to move up but we were going to wait in the line and when she was closing the window, yelled “oh my god” to her staff so loudly. If you’re going to complain about your customers when you’re in the wrong, do it when we’ve left and not in front of my children. When confronted about the comment she kept going with “I don’t care” and further rude comments. This was an unacceptable treatment, considering we spent over $30 for garbage pizza and drinks. Will not be returning to this location and I recommend that people avoid it as well. Still in shock that someone thinks they can speak to anyone like that.

Stopped at this Tim Hortons in Woodstock while driving toward Toronto and ordered a large and medium French Vanilla through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, both drinks tasted more like hot milk with a hint of coffee rather than French Vanilla. I went inside to let them know, and the staff were very polite and replaced the drinks right away, which I appreciate. However, even with the replacements, the flavor still felt weak, almost as if the French Vanilla mix ratio wasn’t right. Friendly service, but the drinks themselves were disappointing.
