I had a disappointing experience with the service today. The staff member, Sherin, seemed completely unmotivated and uninterested in helping customers. If she was feeling sleepy or low on energy, she should have taken the day off instead of attending to orders with such poor enthusiasm. She didn't even bother to greet or ask, "How can I help you?" which is basic customer service. This kind of attitude leaves a very negative impression and makes customers feel unvalued. I hope the management addresses this and ensures better training or staffing in the future.

Worst Tim Hortons. Bad service. They keep you waiting for 15-20 mins just to order for your coffee. I dont understand if they have staff hanging around the one who is taking order why dont they help them. Even after waiting for that long you get cold coffee instead of hot. Disappointed.

Zero customer service. No hi, hello, thank you, have a nice day. Just shove the debit machine in my face. I also don't understand how the on routes can charge more for the same item then ANY where else. I bought an ice cap for $3.85 which is insane! And it's not even good! Tim hortons should be the same across the board. Same friendly greeting, same good taste, AND SAME PRICE. But unfortunately it never is anymore

I ordered jalapeno bagel with x- butter , hashbrown & chipotle sauce … they don’t have hashbrown didn’t even bother to ask me what else you want instead of hashbrown, & gave me 3-4 potato wedges inside bagel even there was no sauce. Don’t even wanted to give them a star.

I went there like every night. I go there to get coffee and sometimes a bagel. I want to go to bago tonight and wait for 20 minutes. The bagel was tucked in the corner.
Nobody told me I asked him where's my bagel? Oh, I'm sorry, sir. Meanwhile, the bagel was heard as rock. I asked him for the corporate number and they told me they have no phone number to give me. We are just working no shift manager
, or nobody else came over to talk to me there were 2 other couples waiting too. And they weren't too happy either.I would like this to be rectified

Asked for wrap extra grilled. Didnt happen.
Also the stench from poor personal hygiene penetrated my vehicle via the drive thru window…. Never thought thatd be possible. Had to get back on the highway with all windows open for a bit lol

I visited for a coffee at this location in the night google showed me the location was open but when I visited there they closed and did their work.
