Bad experience
I know your location is busy you can tired but you have to prepare good food . I ordered for chicken harbnaro bowl and I pay for extra sauce but they didn’t add . And they added very less as compare to regular order .

HEADS UP TO THE OWNERS
This guy gave free coffee to Punjabi truck driver and when we asked for free coffee he showed attitude and pretend he didn’t and cursing yelling like he is a gangster. Tell him this is not Punjab its canada and he should treat everyone with respect and equality.

Ordered a large half decaf. Seems they can’t make a half decaf coffee here because “decaf is made with a single cup machine”, well, unless you get the right employee who can figure out how to make a small single use cup of decaf on the machine, pour it in a large cup and top the rest up with regular. I was told on multiple occasions by the same two employees “choose one or the other”. Yet others will do this. Maybe it’s an employee issue, but maybe that employee’s been told by management and it’s theirs. Either way I’m not waiting in line here anymore not knowing if they’ll make me a coffee or not. 🥴

We got 3 drinks and 3 hash browns. The drinks were not made properly. Iced coffee was full of cane syrup after specifically as for less syrup. The hash browns were just thrown in a bag without individually packaged. This is the worst experience I’ve had at tim hortons
