Service has been going down everywhere. Just not at this location! The staff working tonight were really nice, gave me everything I asked for, fresh ingredients in the sandwich I had. The sandwich counter girl made an amazing sandwich!! The cheese was perfectly melted. East bound Timmies is great!
It's been a long day for me. I came in tonight at 9 pm frazzled and tired.. gentleman helping at the counter greeted us in line with a friend smile, but I was so tired, undecisive, so I waved the guy behind me over to go ahead. Then, about 5 mins later, I came back and ordered my tea, and he was super friendly. Of course like all orders one must wait which wasn't too long then they called mine but again I was tired and wasn't paying attention, alas I clicked in...
It was so busy this morning and I ordered a wrap which they made as a bowl, I asked a remake and shoutout to the girl named sukhpreet (i guess). She was so polite and friendly. She made the best wrap i ever had at any tim all over canada. Now I can say not every tim has bad customer service:)
