Stopped at this Tim Hortons in Woodstock while driving toward Toronto and ordered a large and medium French Vanilla through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, both drinks tasted more like hot milk with a hint of coffee rather than French Vanilla. I went inside to let them know, and the staff were very polite and replaced the drinks right away, which I appreciate. However, even with the replacements, the flavor still felt weak, almost as if the French Vanilla mix ratio wasn’t right....
Four buses parked! Inside was lively but not disastrous. My order was taken very quickly and courteously and everyone's order seemed to be correct. Very impressed with the service this morning! Hope it's a trend as this isn't always my experience.
Service has been going down everywhere. Just not at this location! The staff working tonight were really nice, gave me everything I asked for, fresh ingredients in the sandwich I had. The sandwich counter girl made an amazing sandwich!! The cheese was perfectly melted. East bound Timmies is great!
