This is the worst tim hortons. It's only good for one thing that is making an excuse every day that today we have rush so it is like this n all, i hear this line everyday from Employees. Why are they not trying to improve without making an excuse. Employees always give wrong orders, and i have to spend 30 min to get my food. If i ordered from mobile 15 min before going to tims still i have to wait more than 15 min in store to get my food. And teenagers are so busy in themselves so they don't care about customer. Tell your employees to talk less with each other n do their assigned work properly. Always I'm wasting my 30 min of break because of bad customer service of your tim hortins. Try to improve, please.

Just left this Tim Hortons and will never return. Let me start by saying as I walked in the door it smelled like vomit!!! I should have left then. Stood n waited to be served for 10 minutes as the poor young lady at the cash must of been new and was getting absolutely no assistance. 3 other people running around trying to figure out order pickups. 7 people working the drive thru. The people on food were just throwing food in bags on top of dirty dishes on the counter. Not to mention the disgusting amount of flies flying around this store. Dirty surfaces and coffee pots counters and tables. This Timmie’s was an atrocious. Clearly the reason for all the flies.

Went through drive thru this morning, and had a very impatient and rude employee, rush me through my order. I’ve heard this is the case frequently at this location. I let the person at the drive thru window know, and I don’t think anything will be down about it, so I am hoping a google review is easier to get the point across.
I’ve never left a review before but this is the third time in one month where I’ve ordered a steeped tea and have been given a coffee. It’s always been past 7pm with nobody else in the drive thru. I’ve driven back and gone inside to ask for my steeped tea before but I didn’t have time tonight and unfortunately had to throw the coffee away. May I suggest labelling the pots so this doesn’t keep happening.

The people work here are extremely rude. Today I went to pick up a mobile order and I waited at area marked as "mobile order pick up". A rude old lady came to me and said I am not taking your order to here come to this counter. In that counter there was no sign mentioning that that it is for mobile order pickup. If you can't speak to people nicely at least mark the place correctly.

I usually order online to save my time and the employee's time. when I came to pick up my order, my drink will be in milk or cream, when I asked for a straw , they gave me a damaged one (it was open), when I asked a second time, they almost threw it at me, showing their character. I understand that many people and maybe the high school girl was busy, but no! I just distracted her from a conversation with a friend, thank you for ruining her mood.
