I work in the industry myself, and I’m consistently baffled at this location. I’ve continuously tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but every visit is the same — disappointing. After being straight up lied to about a small mis-understanding… That was enough for me. I’ve never left completely happy. I don’t like leaving poor reviews, but nothings ever addressed properly at the store itself. You either get good service or good product. Never both.

This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever dealt with. My order sat there for over an HOUR because the staff couldn’t be bothered to do their jobs. Every single time the app sends my order here, it’s a complete disaster — food made sloppy, sitting cold, and staff being so unbelievably rude to everyone, including the delivery drivers who are just trying to do their jobs. The owner even yelled at DoorDash support instead of taking responsibility. It’s honestly pathetic how unorganized, careless, and downright nasty this place is. If you actually want your food made right or on time, avoid this location completely. They don’t care, they’re rude, and it shows. Can honestly say I’ve never had one good experience at this location. Staff & owners DO BETTER!

Came through the drive thru for two coffees. Got home and opened my coffee to see it wasn't full. My boyfriend opened his to the exact same problem. Pissed off that I paid money for coffee that wasn't even full, there was like an inch of room in each cup. Is it like, hard to pour coffee or something?
Overcharging Customers for Coffee
Twice now I’ve been charged $4.83 for two large coffees when each one costs $4.25. The staff told me it’s “cheaper to buy them separately,” which makes zero sense. Two coffees should be around $4.50, not almost five bucks.
Feels like a scam or system error — customers deserve their money back. Tim Hortons needs to fix this ASAP.

I have been a customer of Tim Hortons for the last 30 years but in the last two weeks you guys have finally convinced me to switch to McDonald’s. I don’t see any reason whatsoever why it should take 15-20 minutes to order one coffee at 630 am when you have like 12 staff members working it’s absolutely ridiculous

Wish this location wasn't in charge of deliveries through the app. Everytime, there is something missing or not made properly and the food is always cold.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
First, the staff seemed unfamiliar with how the points redemption system works through the app. I showed that I wanted to redeem 600 points for garlic bread and potato wedges, but they didn’t know how to process it and ended up charging me for the garlic bread. When I asked about the charge, I was told to “contact my bank,” even after I showed proof of the redemption.
Secondly, after receiving my order, the garlic bread was fine, but instead of potato wedges, it looks like half of it mashed potatoes. Overall, it was a very poor experience. My suggestion would be to ensure proper training for staff so customers don’t face such issues in the future.
Thank you

The girl at the counter clearly didn't know what she was doing. When I ordered my drink of roasted hazelnut cold brew she looked at me like I had eight heads. I got what I think is a iced coffee? I've ordered this before and it came with espresso foam this time it was milk/cream and sugar in a coffee..... Certainly didn't taste any hazelnut. The employees need to be trained better and at least know what they are making..... I'm tired of ordering something from Tim Hortons and getting a different variation of the set item every time, or just getting the order completely wrong. The last time I was here I ordered a BLT with extra tomato and bacon. When they handed it to me at the drive-thru I specifically asked if it was right only to be disappointed when I opened it and it was regular tomato and bacon.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Laura at Tim Hortons! She’s absolutely wonderful. Every time I stop by, she makes my day better with her smile and great attitude. Laura’s kindness and positive energy are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you, Laura, for making every visit special!

One of the worst operating locations. Bagels are stale and look like they're prepared by the Hulk with involuntary spasms. Quality of service and food has declined rapidly with Tim Hortons but this facility is the flagship of examples
The front counter is filthy.
