Drive thru service can be hit or miss, but most of the employees are extremely nice.

I stood in line waiting to be served while 4 people in the drive-thru made eye contact with both myself and the other customer in line without saying a word.I'd worked at Tim Hortons for years through highschool and college and a simple "sorry for the wait, we'll be right with you," goes a LONG way. The direction of the quality of service is incredibly disappointing.Thank you to the young tall blonde gentleman who left his station to help, finally.

Brutal service inside. Two young guys seemed to have no idea what they were doing. The drive thru had all the strong employees working it. Maybe you could balance your teams a bit better.

Well, that got the order right. That’s a HUGE accomplishment in itself. Granted it was a simple order. As is the norm these days the inside of the place was a pigsty. Dirty tables, disgusting floor and horrendous bathroom. After returning to my vehicle a noticeable smoking smell was evident due to the shear number of smokers hanging out. May as well have been a smoking establishment.Once again don’t bother with the corporate response. New management is the downfall of these fast food/coffee places. Some continue regardless, others like myself choose to go fewer and fewer times.

The worst Tim Hortons EVER! I asked for 2 croissants with cream cheese and one pain all 3 heated NEVER in all of my time have I had to ask for them to be separated in bags as whenever they have cream cheese they are automatically wrapped however today I had all 3 tossed in a bag...... I have an autistic son and he wouldn't be able to eat the croissants because it touched the cream cheese. This Tim Horton has no respect for people's food, to have it just tossed in a bag like that. Do a better job Tim Hortons.FYI they weren't even busy!

I don't go every day, but at least a couple of times a week, usually in the morning (somewhere between 8 and maybe 12?) and drive-through only. So I can only base my experience on that. That being said:I've not had to deal with a wait, at least not one that would be more than expected. Speaking of that short wait, I have had time to notice that it has one of the cleanest parking lots and drive-throughs.Now, I have to mention placing my order. Whoever it is that is most often on the other end of that speaker is wonderful! I'm always smiling and feeling an extra dose of happiness lol. Actually, even the others have been quite chirpy and friendly.Now. The main attraction. No. Not the incredible steeped tea, double-double, that I order. Nor is it the food, which I hear (from my passenger who orders food - I have celiac disease, and can't eat there, so I get her to tell me about it lol) is always made right (bagels, sandwiches, and the like), and packaged clean (apparently other places you get things like; butter smeared on the wrapping, cheese halfway in the bagel, etc).No. It's the window lady. She's INCREDIBLE. 1000% goes above and beyond "good" customer service. She makes you feel like you are old friends and visiting for coffee. She just happens to be handing it to you through a window. I couldn't say enough about her service - if I tried. It would always fall short of what I'm attempting to convey. I strongly suggest that you don't let her go ?.
