As we come closer to Remembrance Day, the Poppy containers are out and every year like clockwork I get one. Don’t get one from this location unless they are watching you go in your wallet to put money in the container. They will accuse you of stealing. Put 2 loonies in cause I wanted to get one for myself and my daughter. Never in my life have I been to a Tim Hortons that accuses people of stealing poppies!!!! Yes they accused me of stealing!!! Told them to open it up and they will find the $2 I put in there!!!! They were rude, unprofessional and did not apologize at all!! I will not be going back to this location.

With the workers who have been established there awhile I always get served promptly and with respect. I've had issues over last 7-8 years here and as of late 2023 and most of 2024 I haven't experienced as many. Most issues come from newer staff or workers unwilling to pay attention but I rarely experience same issue more then once in a 6 month ( estimate ) time frame.
There nearly every morning. Or and around 3-4pm and things go smoothly. Whatever the change has been in recent year or so it's been noticed and appreciated.

After another attempt I was then told’ “we have nothing to do with the app”.
I want to know……
How does Tim Hortons have nothing to do with a Tim Hortons app coupon? How can they not offer some sort of level of customer service?
Wasted my morning and extremely frustrating as on principle alone I didn’t buy the food at the wrong price.
This is incredibly unacceptable as it was a bait and switch tactic.
I am very close to never ever eating at Tim Hortons again.
Parking: Crowded and terrible
Kid-friendliness: A lot of Addicts and homeless people in area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Busy as traffic cuts through front of store
Been to several Tim Hortons in the city this one’s by far the worst zero customer service.

This location has single handedly restored my faith in Tim Hortons. The staff here are incredible. Friendly. Fast. Consistent. They take time and care to make your coffee right and I can say that every single coffee I've gotten at this location has always been excellent and made to perfection.

I only go to Tim Hortons for convenience and honestly regret it every time. I cant figure out how i ordered 3 cookies and a coffee and was forced to buy 2 coffees. If you dont have the item please tell that person and dont make them pay before announcing the switch. This is not rocket science.
