The guy that works there at 5am is a jerk. It says on the door you guys open at 5. He sees me and another guy standing outside because the door was locked . The other guy walked away. I kept standing there and the guy inside tells me he's not unlocking the door until 5:30. By this time it was 5:20. I can't go through drive thru because my window doesn't go down. This guy though is not personable and he's quite rude. I've been there many times and it's always the same bad attitude with him. Won't be going back to this Tim Hortons again.

Never get your order right and on top of that they have terrible attitudes! Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want hair in your food and food poisoning! Best part is when you go back and they give you nothing but hostility! Real great place!

Tim Hortons has seen a major decline in quality. The coffee used to be a go-to, and food items and service are often poor and inconsistent. It’s more of a quick convenience stop than a quality cafe experience.

No ice. No cold drinks. No cold coffee. I thought it was temporary isdue, as last month, unfortunately not. They just dont have it. Disappointed.
Coffee was made wrong. Not a big deal as i understand mistakes happen. What is super annoying is the attitude you get like youre inconveniencing them, no apology, no refund, nothing. There's a reason i rarely go here
