I took the delivery from drive through and bagel was completely cold and coffee was different. When I went to get it corrected the attitude of the store manager was so bad that I felt I did a big crime. And on top of that she told me to confirm the coffee and bagel before leaving making me feel that I served the wrong coffee and cold bagel. Not a proper customer service at all. Tim Hortons - I love your coffee but customer service is zero. Please do something.

Went to Tim’s like I always do and lady at the drive through could not take my order correctly . Then proceeded to the window and she could not figure out how to use my tims card then returned it to me damaged (scratched the numbers away) to the point I cannot use it anywhere else. I’ve contacted gift card company and without the 16 digit code they cannot pull up the information , MONEY DOWN THE CRAPPER THANKS TO 1534 Dundas Tim Hortons!

They are slow and try to scam you from your money saying they already gave you the product even though they didn’t and don’t give it to you without a fight. 10/10 don’t recommend

I was on my way to work and thought I would grab a Regular coffee. I had $2.15 ready because I ordered an extra large. The girl informed me that my coffee was $2.70. I said pardon when did you guys increase your price she said it’s always been that price which is very incorrect. I was going to be late for work and it was 5am so I gave her .75 more and took my coffee and still she looked at me with confusion, I should have been given change, but whatever. When I got to work and took the lid off to cool down I noticed it was missing an inch of coffee and was decaf! I’m extremely disappointed!
