The customer service here is terrible l. The employees do not know what they are doing. Got my order wrong in the first place and then refunded me a wrong amount only to be rude to me as if it was my mistake. The owner should definitely look into this. I have been regularly coming to this Tims since a while but it seems to be getting worse.

My account was charged after I left with my order and then charged more for my order again the next day keep an eye on your tota. I will be going back to get my money back and won't be going back...absolutely highly recommend not going to this rip-off

The manager said I'll get my Latte in 2 min. If I could wait outside in parking. I paid for everything and waited for around 15 min. Outside and when I hoped in she ignored me and then took 10 min. More to give me a cold Latte and then with another 5 min. I got what I had to get; Amazing.

This store is beyond poor. Customer service is non existent, the store is always in disarray with the lobby a mess and never cleaned. We waited 10 min to be served and 10 min for 1 flat bread. Complete chaos, very little stocked in the baking goods and noticeable at how unorganized staff were. Aweful.

Flatbread pizza was cold, even after they had me park in the parking lot and wait for it. Also, if I knew I had to cut my own pizza I would have brought a knife. Tangerine creamy chill was good. Only silver lining

The workers have no idea what they're doing, the place is rarely sufficiently stocked with baked goods, and the birthday cake timbits taste like garlic? Also our order was wrong, which I only noticed once I got home (my bad).

Disappointing Visit to Tim Hortons
I recently visited Tim Hortons and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. When I finally received my order, the coffee was lukewarm and the donut was stale. It's a shame to see a Canadian institution fall so far in quality. I won't be returning anytime soon.
