Disappointing Visit to Tim Hortons I recently visited Tim Hortons and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. When I finally received my order, the coffee was lukewarm and the donut was stale. It's a shame to see a Canadian institution fall so far in quality. I won't be returning anytime soon.

There was no one anywhere in sight yet I waited an unreal amount of time for my drinks. I ordered online, entered the store but they didn’t even start my order until I asked. Very disappointed.

I ordered two croissants, but unfortunately, they were burnt and not in a condition to eat. The pastry was also cold. I asked for it to be heated up, but even after that, it was still cold. Very disappointed with the quality and service.

Aesha was amazing and so helpful! I was having trouble with using my coupon code on the app and she refunded my purchase and redid the order for me so I could use the discount despite me being in drive thru! She was so pleasant and willing to help me and I really appreciated it 🤗

This is by far my favourite Timmy’s! Always, without fail, the perfect cup of coffee and the freshest soup, sandwich’s, doughnuts, you name it they never fail and never seize to amaze me. Atmosphere, food and service is next to none… I’d live there if I could.

I got a 4 cheese bagel from this store and when I got the bagel it was a jalapeno bagel and when I call to say I got the wrong bagel the person working was tells me that I got the right bagel when I was looking at the WORNG bagel. Just poor customer service she also did NOTHING to help me out.

The drive through staff did not understand the order through the speaker. The person at the window used an extremely rude tone and the order was incorrect despite being a mobile order. The service used to be great at this location but there has been a change in the last year or so. Maybe it was an ownership change. Avoid this location. This experience is reflective of every time I have used this location since there has been a complete staffing change!
This 1 star rating is most definitely accurate for the whole experience with most staff except for Aisha.
There’s only one consistently friendly and outgoing employee at this location. She is absolutely amazing and her name is Aisha. She deserves more than 5 stars! She knows my order by heart and is always extremely kind. That being said, If I’m not served by Aisha, my order is always incorrect in some way. I don’t get what I paid for and my iced cappuccino isn’t even close to being full. I got chocolate timbits the other day and none of them had any glaze? The only reason I still go to this location is Aisha. Please give Aisha a rise, send her on a cruise for having to work with all of her coworkers that mess up literally everything. Make her manager, because whoever is doing it now has definitely ran your business down hill.

Everytime- none of the time hortons are synced when it comes to quality and service. This was suppose to be a double toasted plain bagel with extra butter- and it's dry as dog shit with maybe few drops of butter. And this is not the first time and i am not the only one I am sure.

I must admit the last few times I have gone to Tim Hortons, my go-to drink (a creamy chocolate chill) was amazing. I did order a quencher and lemonade for my kids, no complaints, so that's a good thing on Tim Hortons' team 😀

I would not suggest to order food or coffee from this location of Tim Hortons. I recently ordered medium double double coffee but there was neither cream nor sugar in my coffee and I felt like I was drinking hot water with coffee blended in it. Please don't visit this store as it's poor at service and food as well. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!
