I was the at 2:30 and the older lady did NOT SMELL GOOD.I don’t normally do this but it was BAD
Visited a family member and wanted to get his wife a quick bite. This location closes at 3:30 pm on Saturday. Unfortunately today the girl working decided to close early. So we watched her close and dump coffee at 3:25 pm. She did tell us we could use the vending machines. Wonder how many sales this girl costs the ower every time she closes early.

Why does this Tim Hortons not open on time I’ve been waiting almost half an hour while it’s supposed to be open but the gate is closed and the girls just kinda hanging out behind the counter like???

I tell ya, not sure what's going on but the more and more I go to places like Tim's, the employees just don't seem like they want to be working, there or most places that offer this type of employment... I've got no issues with where anyone has to work, believe me, I just don't get why work at a place that u don't want to be at? It shows up in the interactions with everyone... and when that's the primary responsibility of the job, I start to question if I want to walk into a place like that

Their hours are ridiculously short and don't match what Google has listed for their hours. They should at least be open during visiting hours at the hospital they're in.I was going to pay with the Tim hortons app, but this location doesn't accept the app.
Friendly people fast service
They were out of a heavily marketed item, didn't let us know until we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line. The combo we ordered came with sandwich only. The side item and beverage were forgotten about completely. This place must have a lot of untrained new employees.

We srop here often. It is usually excellent service. This time both drinks were wrong.
I ordered chilli. I asked for toasted bun did not get it. Did not give butter for my bun. Only one napkin. Also no napkin for my donut why why why??????

Can't go here anymore. Unbelievable how inept management is here. By far the worst service I've ever received at a Time Hortons in my life. The kids that work here don't have any concept of what it means to have a job.When it gets busy it's almost comical to watch.Yesterday was it. 20 minutes with one person infront of me for a coffee. The girl at the register was not training and literally just stood at th register with no customers coming in. For the whole time.. Just standing there.Every five minutes or so she would walk by all the coffee machines and stand with the girls in the takeout area. It was like she was hiding. VERY weird. As about five customers stood there just wanting a simple coffee.There had to be at least ten people working which was sad because nothing was getting done.I've had it. I'm going to ask for the head office phone number because it's that bad. The Head office needs to fix this place and get somebody managing that knows what they are doing.So many people
