Wendy’s food is so good.. specially the cheese fry and chicken wraps .. they are our always to go option .. staff is very friendly and nice . Always near and clean

The lady working here, named Smriti/samrti is really ignorant and rude.
I came at drive-thru Tuesday evening and she didn’t gave me my correct order.
She never really greeted or even apologized for that.
I feel sorry for the management why they hire these people who aren’t bothered to do their job properly.
Probably I’ll be going to another wendys location after this bad experience !!!!

Got 2 ravens blood frostys. They were so melted it’s practically milk and almost no cherry syrup pretty much just a melted vanilla frosty. Will not be back

They rip you off. I ordered a combo with a coupon. I asked for salt and ketchup literally three times during ordering. Then I saw an extra 80 cent charge pop up on the drive thru screen. They are charging forty cents a pack for ketchup but don’t even tell you. I get to the window and I ask, is it forty cents for a pack of ketchup. The girl tells me no we don’t do that. I ask for my receipt still because things weren’t adding up. I see it on the receipt as I pull away so I go back and ask for my refund and they ask for the packets back. I told the girl at the window I even asked if they’re charging me and she said no to my face. How do you not know what you’re charging for. You clearly had enough knowledge to add it on and not even telling me! Then when I ask about it you say oh no we don’t do that. I’m sorry they are horrible for that. If you’re going to charge for something at least say you are. Anyways the other person who I believe was the manager made an excuse and said the person was new when I asked why is your employee telling me they’re not charging me when I asked and it’s clearly on the receipt and you’re giving me a refund for my eighty cents. So ridiculous. I will never go back there. I also never got my salt even after asking three times.

Quiet in store. No one else in line. Approached counter. Group of 4 employees in a circle talking behind counter. Manager (older grey haired lady) back turned to counter. All the others looked at me as I was waiting, one finally said, “someone is here”. Their comment was ignored. They all seemed awkward and wanted to take my order but pressured to stay engaged in the special discussion that proceeded to continue. Quite the dilemma they faced when the top boss in charge has to speak. Ironically, the only one neglecting service was the manager. I began to feel awkward. I considered leaving. Finally, the ‘employee of the month’ hesitantly broke free from her grasp, got back on task and did the right thing. The manager walked by and made eye contact with a grumpy superior gaze. Hopefully this was just a bad day for her but regardless it was rude.

Their drive thru menu have lower prices advertised then what they actually charged me. They should not be charging you more than what is advertised on their menus. This isn't legal. Management needs to update their boards or lower their prices to match.

I asked for small vanilla frosty-ccino and they gave me chocolate one. Of course I tasted it when I reached home and didn’t bother to return to their location but why not the right thing??…a girl at the window confirmed the size of the drink but why can’t you confirm the whole order which in my case was just a drink.
I wouldn’t have wrote this review if she could have bothered to take a second away from her shift to confirm my order.
