Portion size has gone down lately. I was going to post a picture of my half a portion of poutine. Plus the bottom doesn't go all the way down. Getting pretty expensive for what little you get.

I just finished eating here, I've had Wendy's before but never this fresh, the staff was extremely friendly and it was very clean, so much so that I felt the need to tell the manager that I was impressed, only to find out that she's the owner. She happily brought me into the back and showed me around I was blown away with how clean and organized this restaurant is. this restaurant operates to a much higher standard than any other Wendy's I've ever been to, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area

It was Saturday Night i was hungry looking for fresh hot food and went to drive thru ordered 3 strips and small chilli asked the lady to please give me freshly dropped strips i have no problem in waiting for it she said they just came up from fryer which was a made up answer … I said ok when they hand me over the bag they were not that fresh they were warm like lying under hot lamp and she gave me the laid over stuff they keep it till closing.
I don’t understand why you guys lie to your customers if somebody is asking for something special they need why you guys have problem with that.

Talk about a miserable greeting, and you can’t put a straw in the bag for the third time in a row ? Zero customer service skills. Last time I visit this location. Worked in retail for 5+ years and I’ve never seen a lack of service like this. Won’t be returning.

It was snowy and cold outside but no heat on inside so restaurant was freezing. Hamburgers were bland, no seasoning. Salt and pepper didn't help much. Unripe tomato. Wendy's always had relish available but this store had none on offer
Wheelchair accessibility: The staggered entrance makes it very difficult to access with wheelchair or walker in my opinion

My son ordered 2 small spicy chicken combo and chose baked potatoes with cheese and bacon, which was almost $5 extra to upgrade fries to baked potatoes, but where is the bacon in potatoes? There's barely any with a little too much cheese, kinda disappointed.

I will never go to this location again and I highly suggest others take their business to the other location. I went through drive thru and ordered 2 bacon deluxe meals no cheese with chilli cheese fries for both and 2 JBC with no cheese and add ketchup. I paid cash and drove these meals to my family 30 mins away and came back into town to get a call saying that there was cheese on all the burgers, no ketchup on the JBCs and reg fries instead of chilli cheese fries. I called and told them the situation and that the meals were 30 mins away. She told me to come in and she would replace them so I did and upon arriving she informed she can't replace them unless I drive the 30 mins back to get the food, then 30 mins to come back to the restaurant to get the replacement and then travel 30 mins back to drop it off and again travel 30 mins back to my home. This is absurd. I called head office and they said they would issue a replace/refund request but the manager refused. Basically called me liar and said my order wasn't in the system and she could not remake the food because they have no record of it. So after 2 hours of wasted time, improper order and being called a liar... we are out approx 42 dollars with food no one wants because of their mistakes. Awful customer service. I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I have never had an issue like this with the Norwich ave location...
their orders are usually always accurate and customer service is great. Dundas location got EVERY SINGLE ITEM WRONG and the staff are awful and the store manager whos name is actually "Karen", is the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in customer service.
