Just found hair in my food and they won't pick up phone this place is a mess worst Wendy's franchise i have ever seen new building but super unclean and they dont where hair nets or follow good practice just do better

Very surprised and thrilled! I've had Wendy's breakfast in Ottawa and it was terrible. Leaving on a cross-country trip this morning we decided to try again. Our server was patient and helpful. The Bacon egg wrap was perfection with the egg cooked without any rubberiness and delicious melt on the cheese. The French toast sticks were a perfect blend of crisp,warm and flavorful. The Sausage biscuit again perfect temperature and moisture. This location knows how to do breakfast. Thank you!

Did drive through and attendant did not get our order right. Did not offer any kind of compensation for our troubles.
Used drive through at around 11PM and placed order for 2 Dave's Singles and nuggets. Was told to wait up front. Came out with 1 Single and Nuggets. Clearly they can't hear. Just took our food and drove off.

Portion size has gone down lately. I was going to post a picture of my half a portion of poutine. Plus the bottom doesn't go all the way down. Getting pretty expensive for what little you get.

I just finished eating here, I've had Wendy's before but never this fresh, the staff was extremely friendly and it was very clean, so much so that I felt the need to tell the manager that I was impressed, only to find out that she's the owner. She happily brought me into the back and showed me around I was blown away with how clean and organized this restaurant is. this restaurant operates to a much higher standard than any other Wendy's I've ever been to, I will definitely come back when I'm in the area

It was Saturday Night i was hungry looking for fresh hot food and went to drive thru ordered 3 strips and small chilli asked the lady to please give me freshly dropped strips i have no problem in waiting for it she said they just came up from fryer which was a made up answer … I said ok when they hand me over the bag they were not that fresh they were warm like lying under hot lamp and she gave me the laid over stuff they keep it till closing. I don’t understand why you guys lie to your customers if somebody is asking for something special they need why you guys have problem with that.
