So, big sign quite visible from the road that says OPEN 24 HOURS, NOT JUST DRIVE-THRU. Store locked up tight, serving drive-thru but waved me off when I knocked on the door. My Freightliner won't fit in your drive-thru lady. Take your sign down if you won't actually be open.

Worst Tim horton ever visited. I’m a truck driver.. was going eastbound on 402 at night. That’s the only Tim hortons I found open. But the lady working there didn’t take my order intentionally. While she knows I’m a truck driver I can’t come to drive thru window with my truck.

Slow taking drive thru orders waited almost 25 minutes and only 3 cars in front. What a waist of time go inside instead.
Often noisy, busy during lunch hour. Service inside can depend on drive thru traffic. Coffee is great!

Staff was very rude. They didn't put cream cheese on my bagel and when came inside to get the correct order, the person I told didn't say one word to me. Didn't take my bagel back. I had to just leave it on the counter. A different staff worker gave me my replacement bagel without a single word or apology.
