Kid with a mop was cleaning the floors in the food prep area with a really dirty mop that smelt very strongly of urine. We could hardly wait to get our coffees and leave. As we waited in line the young man pushed the bucket back into the closet, obviously not bothering to clean said mop. Then to our chagrin, he did not wash his hands but proceeded to put on a pair of gloves and commenced making sandwiches. My wife and I almost puked but thanked our lucky stars that we were only grabbing a coffee. I used to frequent this outlet numerous times per month but I will never order food there again.

I tried to order a similar fall drink in bg and the signed flipped so fast I got nervous. Got nothing what I asked for. Came to wyoming and they nailed our order. Well done! Thank you

Received cold bacon on my BLT the other day. I know it’s precooked, but this was gross. Also witnessed a lady question a staff member about her food and get told that there wasn’t anything they could do. Perhaps some restraining of staff to pay attention to the details is in order. The dining room always used to be busy when I would stop here, and it’s not anymore, which likely isn’t a coincidence.

Every time I or my wife order iced lattes from here they never label or mix them. Most have terrible service and ignore you also. Only 2 ladies working there that are actually nice and assist you. Whoever the owner is needs to fire some people and hire new staff. My wife used to work at other Tim Hortons locations also so not mixing a latte is literally pure laziness. I shouldn't be given an attitude because someone didn't do their job properly. The food is good so whoever is making it deserves a raise.

Employee at the counter got the person in front of me and my order wrong. Maybe turn down the music in the kitchen so the front staff can hear.
