Monday 11/24/2025, our class was celebrating our final session with a small pizza party. The order was placed well in advance, but unfortunately the pizzas never arrived. When we reached out, we were told there had been an “attempted delivery” but the building was dark.
I want to offer this feedback from a place of respect and a hope for better service in the future: if a building looks dark, a simple phone call or a quick knock can make all the difference. Folks were inside, waiting, excited, and ready to receive the order.
Because we never got that call or contact, the pizzas were given away and we had to make last-minute arrangements with another local restaurant.
We value local businesses and want to support you, and I hope this helps prevent something similar from happening to another group. Please consider improving communication during deliveries — it truly matters.

Service was solid pizza taste just like a red berron frozen pizza. They cover it with toppings to hide how bad the pizza actually is. Nothing legendary here

I wasn't going to post this but the more I tell people about it the more I realize I should. I went in on Saturday around 8pm to pick up an online order I placed around 4:30pm, I was told they never put the order in and I have to wait, no Big deal it happens. I should've checked my pizza in store before leaving because when I get home and open the box there's a rather unpleasant surprise on my pizza, a cockroach. So we call and tell the store and I assume the manager on duty did not believe us and told me that he thinks I'm lying. After arguing back and forth on the phone he says he's going to call his boss and then call back. So then he calls back and he tells us he'll issue us a refund but he still doesn't believe us. This is beyond unprofessional. I've been telling everybody I know and showing them the picture but I am beyond disappointed. This has been one of my go-to pizza places since I was a kid and I'm never coming back. Edit: So I've been talking around town about it still and apparently this has been a problem for the past few years and they have refused to address it. Honestly, beyond disappointed considering that this is one of the better pizza places in town. Admittedly they're right next to a storage unit and a not so great hotel so eat at your own risk. Just because you don't see it doesn't mean it's not there.

Absolutely great pizza - our location has a great shift leader/ manager that gets things done!! But the prices are RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE for what it is!! A family sized pizza is easily $40-$50 all in all -- pretty crazy!! As a result we ONLY get Abbys when they offer a coupon - only time it's remotely affordable.
Waited more than a half hour for a lunch pizza that never came. In retrospect, it shouldn't have been surprising. The staff was a bunch of inarticulate zombies.

Abby's is great. Our group, Mid-Willamette Community Board Gamers, find us on Facebook, meets at the Albany Abby's every Tuesday at 4:30pm and the staff at Abby's always takes great care of us. Our food is always fresh, delicious, and accurate. Thank you Abby's and if you like modern board games and great pizza come check it out!
