We waited to order for about 10 minutes and then we waited 5 minutes at the intercom to order. No one said anything, the person behind us asked us what was going on because they had also been waiting. There was no communication from the staff there saying they would take our order soon. We were so annoyed we just left. This is not the first time we have waited a long time at this location. The service is pretty bad here and the wait time is horrendous.

order# DT352 $14.19 regular turkey, bacon, ranch no tomato extra cheese with curly fries. So watery ranch sauce, and the bread is like eating a Charleston chew, fries are cold eating them as soon as I got out of drive-through shouldn’t be cold. Sandwich was just soggy in the middle with the ranch sauce while the crust was super chewy almost hard to eat. And I’m like why am I going through fast food dealing with this and paying gourmet food prices? $14 for this meal is a lot way more than it should cost. I feel like I would’ve been better served. Just going to big town hero paying the same price but actually getting a gourmet sandwich without the fast food experience. To be honest, every time I go through here I just kind of feel ripped off a little bit.. 🤷♂️🫡 I didn’t even bother complaining to the store because I’m just tired of this they just work there. And I think I’m done with Arby’s tbh. Next time I wanna pay $14 for a sandwich I’m not going to a fast food restaurant Because I don’t want the fast food quality I want gourmet quality for the price of $14 what I got should be a five dollar sandwich at ampm gas station 🤷♂️

I went through the drive thru. Waited 27 mins in the drive thru. When I got home and opened my bacon chicken Swiss sandwich the outside of it was so hard it couldn't be chewed. I waited 27 mins for this. And wasn't about to wait another 27 Mins for a new one. Im.so disappointed. I had to work nearly an hour of my life just to afford this meal and the only thing I could eat from it was the curly fries. SHAME ON YOU ARBYS. YOUR FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS TANKED. Afraid I don’t like Arby’s, I was just telling one of my cousins that the world would be a better place if the Israelis would air strike Arby’s simultaneously. Curly fries keeps them safe.
