Terrible. Drive thru line wait time took forever. When we finally got to our turn (there was only one car in front of us), we were asked to wait. All we wanted was an ice cream cone. We had a long wait again at the window, only to be given melted ice cream cones. What a joke.

Food was good, service was good, but the lady who was taking orders was extremely loud. I mean unable to carry on a conversation while 20 feet away, ear-piercingly loud. If you don't have a hearing problem when you go in, you will by the time you leave.

food is good, wait time was long and they forgot an item that we ordered and I didn't notice it until we got home. Better service this time around and none of the ordered items were missing this time. Wait time was still kinda long and it's a bit pricey.

I usually love A&W, and since I don't have one near where I live, I usually make a stop whenever I'm going towards Portland.
Unfortunately, the nearest one seems to have shut down, and this location is the next closest. Having tried them twice now, I've been horribly disappointed - first time we dined in, and despite no apparent drive thru traffic and no one else in the restaurant, we had over a 10 minute wait. On top of that, the burgers were horribly salty, and they gave me girlfriend a Spicy papa burger instead of a regular, and the root beers at the fountain were both out of syrup.
The second visit was through the drive thru, and again we had an unusually long wait, an incorrect order (asked for no onions and an extra dipping sauce, both were ignored), and the buns seems almost stale.
Horribly disappointed, and won't be coming back to this location again!

The floats are sad, they put 1 tiny scoop in it and it wasn’t even filled all the way. don’t eat here the sweethome one is far better.
Website says there open until 10pm, but going drive up, nobody answers. So I called and there closed. It's Friday night and Website says there. That's a bunch of BS, make up your mind. Your either open or closed all through the week.
