We love Bobo Boba! The Boba Tea is incredible and so are their employees! I want to take a moment to highlight an outstanding employee at Bobo Boba in Albany, Oregon—Jane truly makes every visit better. She consistently greets us with the warmest smile, and her professionalism and kindness never go unnoticed. She doesn’t just take orders—she genuinely connects. Jane has asked about my day on multiple occasions, and you can tell she sincerely cares about the answer.
I’ve also come in many times with my four kids, and she is always incredibly sweet toward them—patient, friendly, and so gentle in the way she interacts. There was one visit in particular when one of my daughters accidentally dropped her drink right in front of the checkout area. I was mortified and kept apologizing, but Jane immediately jumped in with the kindest reassurance, telling us it was totally okay. She cleaned it up cheerfully, without a hint of frustration, and honestly, it was done with such a servant’s heart. It was a beautiful picture of grace in action.
Jane carries herself with a rare blend of joy, professionalism, and genuine care. Because of her, Bobo Boba feels like more than just a boba shop—it’s a cheerful, welcoming place we love returning to. Employees like Jane deserve to be celebrated. Thank you, Jane! ❤️

I stop in here a couple times a month because I absolutely love their boba and the atmosphere of this place. The workers are all so sweet, and are always attentive even when they’re busy. I’m obsessed with their jasmine milk tea, and find myself craving it throughout the week. This shop is my little treat to myself after a long day/week of work and I am always pleased with my experience. You should definitely check it out, their menu has something for everyone!

If you’re looking for the most authentic boba place in town with good people, this is the spot! I’ve tried many other places and they just aren’t the same. They were super busy when I arrived but it was clear the staff works efficiently and as quick as they can and it was very much appreciated! Will be coming back.
