Monica the server is worst server I've had in years. Waited forever for check. Spent 73 dollars on 3 of 4 who did eat, with no alcohol. Husband hated his food and didnt touch his undercooked hashbrowns. Tried some of daughter's veggie Benedict and it was flavorless. I did not even get food personally because I ordered a biscuit sandwich and was brought huevos rancheros. Do those sound similar? I pointed at the item I ordered too, so have no idea how either high or dumb she must be to have messed that up.

Got the steak and eggs. Cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. I really enjoyed the biscuit. Could tell it was made with love.

How disappointing. Street parking is impossible & our server was hugely inconvenienced by us. The venue could be fun & unique, how unfortunate all we wanted to do was get out.

Parking: Make sure to give yourself time to find parking.

Wow I am shocked and saddened by Nancy Stuart’s review. My sister and I are literally here 2-3 times a week. Kacey and the entire staff are so consistently amazing and always eager to go over and above to provide excellent service. This place gets jamming busy and Kacey keeps her cool and does her utmost to keep the bar humming along. Can’t help but wonder how another regular customer here would react so negatively. Can’t give enough shout outs to the best restaurant in Albany and it is all a superb mix of excellent food and staff that loves being here and doing what they do. So glad Kacey was promoted to her current position, she totally rocks it!!

After years of supporting this business, I'm saddened to say I will never go back. The food, is great. The service, specifically Kacey, the bartender, is nothing shy of abysmal.
The guys were treating the wives, taking us to our favorite breakfast. And to our disappointment we walked out, without our meal, after being treated like a burden and eventually completely ignored by staff.
They saw at least $175 walk out their door that morning, and it will never be back.... Kindness and grace go along way. I don't see how a local business can survive with such poor representation.

Where to begin , i ordered for pick up ahead time placed it at 11 for it to be ready at 1:15 . Walked in and waited for someone to acknowledge me or even throw me i'llnbe right with nothing . After couple mins someone asked what they could help me with i let them i placed an ordered for pick up instantly i was told it be to the left on the table when it was ready ok except after waiting for some time nothing . So approach again and ask this time the person is visibly annoyed i'm asking they ask how i put my order in because they don't see anything .. after some back forth they figured they didn't even turn the tablet they use for to go orders ! Now i get things happen but the way it handled and the lack basic communication and customer service is astounding to me ! side note a door dasher waited 45 min for scrambled eggs ! i was able to the french dip ordered since they couldn't and didn't try to refund me my 18.50 for a half
assed sandwich thrown together . Needless to this is the first time I've had terrible service here but is the last !

Very yummy breakfast and really good mimosa options! The cafe has great coffee as well! They were busy but the wait wasn't too bad at all. Visiting Albany for a couple days and happened upon this spot for birthday brunch! I would definitely return!

It was a bit loud, but the food was gorgeous and plentiful. Wife had the eggs Benedict and I had the lemon blueberry pancakes, and both were excellent. She's a Benedict aficionado so her being pleased is a good sign. I enjoyed the balance of flavors on mine.

We ordered the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, Veggie Hash and the Chicken Fried Steak.
Veggie hash was undercooked. The squash and broccoli still had a strong bite and was still losing moisture. This moisture just sat on the plate making the hash browns and eggs soggy. The whole plate was pretty gross to eat and look at. It was also underseasoned.
Then my $19 chicken fried steak. It was dry and stringy. I had to work to chew it. Plus, the meal left half the plate empty. I get larger portions with better quality food for less ($17@Sharons nearly DOUBLE the portions). B&M steak was half the size of most country/chicken fried steaks. The hash browns were a sad size too. Glad I didn't pay the extra few dollars to make it "loaded", what a waste that would have been.
Lemon Ricotta pancakes were good, but can very easily make at home so it's not a big enough draw to bring us back in after our other food experience.

Service: our waitress took our water to refill, then never returned. When we complained about our food, she did not return. We sat there unimpressed and dissatisfied for quite a while until she did two more rounds around the tables then a few minutes later brought our check. She took off half the cost of the veggie hash, but honestly should have comped the whole meal. For a higher quality restaurant like this, I expected much better food and service.

I cannot say I will return anytime soon knowing the portions are smaller, food is hit-and-miss, and the service is lacking. There's many other great breakfast spots in the area. If I'm paying a premium to eat here, the food should be better than a copy-paste classic American breakfast diner. I'll just save the money and go someplace else.

We've lost track on how many times we've had breakfast here. We go at least a couple of times a month. There's always been a good menu item. There are undoubtedly items I like more than others, but that's not a reflection on the restaurant's quality, only our personal taste.

Everything is fresh, cooked well, and comes out hot. The wait staff is undoubtedly busy sometimes, but they're trying their best; they are personable and kind and provide quality service.

I keep returning to the Original Breakfast (see pic), one of my favorites. ps... really great coffee & fresh cream.

Keep up the good work, we'll be back!

First time here. We were going to the Carousel Museum down the street but we wanted to have breakfast first. Saw this place driving by. Turned around and I'm glad we did. The interior is pretty neat looking. Service great as was the food! Especially the pancakes! Delicious. I'll come here again when I'm in the area for sure.
